    1st one I bought the freezer worked but fridge didn't work at all. Best buy brought out another new one. One the next to coldest setting the temp runs from 32 degrees to 42 degrees. At 40 degrees you can start getting bacteria. If I put it on the lowest setting the temp is 32....might as well put everything in the freezer. Very disappointed in Samsung.

    Fantastic room inside, shelves adjust easily, everything fits but the ice machine is pathetic. Barely filled the bottom of the tray after 7days running. Returned for LG which tripled production in 2days.

    This is truly the worst thing I have ever bought..... 3 weeks old and it broke...its now just over a month old and I am still dealing with the worst junk I have EVER paid money for. Now I have to wait over a week for a part for it. The people at Samsung I speak to can’t understand me and I can’t understand them.....not their fault by any means but just an hour of frustration on all sides.... All I want is a fridge that works in my kitchen....please someone help and give me a new one !!!!!! I do have a photo of it completely frozen up behind the freezer panel....couldn’t fix it even with tool to melt the ice

    The delivery team were to lazy to take the doors off to get it in the house so they took it back. I bought one from ABT they were able to get it in.

    We bought this fridge this past summer. It was built in July 2020. This past weekend the ice maker stopped working and the fridge is no longer cooling. Luckily it’s still under warranty so, I do have a call in for a repair. I was told that it wouldn’t be until next week. I of course said that’s to long. I’m suppose to get a call back today(1/11/21) for a earlier date. I’ll come back and update this review when the problem is solved.

    Ice maker is horrible. If you regularly use ice for anything...like drinks... you may have to buy a bag of ice just to have enough for the evening.

    Would like to review these products that I purchased on December 2nd and paid for but after about 12 phone calls to your store for delivery I still have not received them as of today the 28th I have spoke to numerous of your so called employees about this and they all tell me they will find out the problem and call me or my wife Donna back but they never did . Ihave a delivery date set up for January 2nd but I still don’t have an answer if they are going to be delivered or not I will definitely rethink about any future purchases I make they probably will not be done at Best buy

    Terrible Refrigerator. Lasted less than 2 years.

    The entire cooling element stopped working and everything in both the refrigerator and freezer was completely room temperature. I lost hundreds of dollars of frozen foods. The compressor is guaranteed for 10 years, so I didn't buy the extra protection. It turns out, Samsung no longer makes that part, so the refrigerator is now useless after less than 2 years. I'm so disgusted. What a waste of $1,700.

    This is a refrigerator I would not recommend for these reasons 1. Does not make enough ice and very slow making it 2. The doors wont close on its own , meaning you have to always go back to make sure they are closed, 3. Not much room and 4. Most important 13months after purchase it stopped cooling and freezing. Even with a warranty it's just not worth the trouble.( I only got this one because it short enough to fit under cabinet, thinking of ripping cabinets out, buying something else and putting this in basement) 4 real!!!

    Within the first 3 months the ice maker stopped working and the handle to the freezer came off. Called and got them to replace the ice maker and handle. Less than 6 months later the ice maker once again stopped working. We gave up and have a separate ice maker. We purchased the 3 year extended warranty which ended in Feb of this year and as of yesterday the refrigerator is not working. It is almost impossible to find someone to repair Samsung appliances. DO NOT BUY

    I am so disappointed with this product because it hasn't worked right since we got it. The tech has been here twice and is coming back again this week. It didn't cool and now it freezes my food. We had to throw out spoiled food. I think this refrigerator is a lemon..

    I can not review this item at this time because the Geek Squad was inexperienced and didn't measure all the dimensions of the refrigerator. If they would have measured the width instead of the depth, it would have gone through the door. ( I measured after they left). Now the refrigerator is setting in my garage and I have to wait for another Squad to come back in install it. Customer support hasn't been very forthcoming with any compensation for the inconvenience.

    In less than 2 years this has failed twice. It just stops cooling in the refrigerator section. Freezer keeps working. Fixed under warranty after 10 months. New main board and fan unit. Tech said this happens all the time. Will never buy another Samsung. Look at the web. Class action suits and no action by Samsung to make good on these junk refrigerators.

    The quality of the product is shockingly poor. I wish I’d returned it. The insulation seeped out of the seams in various spots, the doors are uneven, one of the holes for screws that the handles attach to was deformed, which prevented the screw going in all the way. A year on from it being delivered, one of the brackets for a lower draw cracked into twenty pieces, just from normal use. I'd never purchase a Samsung refrigerator again.

    Terrible product the cooling has broken down and now I have to wait two weeks with Samsung so that they can fix my refrigerator. All my food has spoiled, I was also told by the repair man that these fridges come built bad., and even though they will fix it it will continue to have this problem with the cooling

    took five attempted deliveries to get. lies. miss information, and impossible to get ahold of anyone. spent at least and hour on hold 10 times after being told it would be less than three minutes. complete incompetance. worst csutomer experience since 2006 and that was with you, best buy when i spent 20,000 dollars and work was never completed. i am sure the refridgerator is great, but best buy is not
