First I had order both my refrigerator, washer and dryer but my order kept on getting pushed back with no notice or explanation to why!! So I canceled my washer and dryer and just ended up with the refrigerator which I had to place to put my food and my kids food. I had to go get a small one for the meantime till I got my actual refrigerator!!

I give 1 star because after 3 weeks of pyrchasing this Samsung, it stopped working. Best Buy is replacing item, but have to wait 4 days after the malfunction. Will wait and see how 2nd refridgerator functions. For $1500, I dont think anything should break within 21 days.

Brittle cheap plastic. When called, they said it was not possible. Owned for 2 years and the rest will probably break too. Do yourself a favor and buy a different brand! Ice maker stopped working

Very disappointed. I know the ice makers on refrigerators are the first to go but for the amount of money this was, I would expect it to work for more than 13 months.

No one is calling me back.

The men put it in the kitchen and plugged it in and put the handles on. they left. The waterline was not connected. I called several times. I texted. I emailed. Waiting 6 weeks for service on new unit.

Pandemic lasted longer than the fridge

Poor installation and this is not what we ordered

Condensation build up

BB will be delivering a new one on 9/1/20. It appears to be a factory defect. I hope I get a non defective replacement.

I can help you with your situation regarding your Samsung Refrigerator leaking cold air. First you will need to check and make sure the unit is slightly tilted backwards. This means that the two leveling legs in front should be extended and the rollers will not be touching the ground. Second, Make sure that the left door is always closed before the right so that a proper seal can happen. Third, make sure that your eco mode is turned off. This will allow your unit to seal better. Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.NOISY: I purchased this refrigerator because I am putting my house on the market and stainless steel is the standard today. I wouldn't have bought it otherwise. I read the reviews stating it was noisy and wouldn't have bought it if I'd planned to stay in my house. The reviews are correct, it is very noisy, constantly emitting a low range hum. About once an hour for 10 min or so, the noise gets louder with higher frequencies mixed in. The sound is bothersome and if I was in something like a studio apartment, I would not be able to sleep. APPEARANCE: The look is just okay for me, it's rather shiny. It is NOT stainless steel on the sides, instead it is gray -- you can't tell from the photos. SHELVES: The shelving placement is annoying with few options - I don't know where you would put something like a gallon jug of milk or a bottle of wine. I don't think you can fit a regular size frozen pizza in the freezer. My old fridge was just as small and I could fit normal items such as wine and pizzas in it without issues. If I was buying this for me, I would have kept looking for something with better features.
