This is my first counter-depth refrigerator and I absolutely love the 4 doors. I am glad I purchased this one instead of the other styles without four doors. The flex door option was perfect for my family. My issues are: 1. Ice cube tray space. Its a big deal for us and I can barely get 2 24oz bottles filled with ice. Then once its complete... then no more ice for awhile. When I say awhile... I mean 4+ hours later. So if you need a good amount of ice to fill a small bucket... this is not a good frig for it. 2. The showcase door. The bottom shelf is good for a milk carton or two but the middle shelf is pretty much useless because its too small to put anything in there. We have two kids so of course one wants oj and the other wants milk or chocolate milk and we just cant have 3 cartons in the showcase door. They need to make it where you can have enough space for 4 full-size beverages on both of the shelves.

This is a beautiful fridge, but has an extremely tiny ice maker that makes ice slowly and is difficult to get into by hand. Very clunky design for such a modern refrigerator. It also has an oddly placed and overly powerful water dispenser. The hose points to the side of the cup rather than down, meaning if you don't have the cup up high enough (but low enough to not push in the ice dispenser) you will make a mess. Not to mention the water comes out like a fire hose! With a toddler we have already cleaned up many water messes we didn't have with our previous fridge. That said, it's a great appliance and we're happy with the purchase so far.

Beautiful looking fridge. Love the flex zone as it give me a good looking fridge with more space. Only 2 things I'd improve. 1) The ice maker is very slow and seems to have a low capacity. My family of 5 cannot fill 5 glasses of ice at dinner. 2) Also, the trim at the door handles shows fingerprints and smudges and requires constant cleaning. My wife and wipe the doors down several times a day.

This is the perfect fridge for our needs. The counter depth looks great. We use the showcase door often and the flex zone area is a great option for our extra cool food needs.

If you are going to a counter depth from a bigger refrigerator this is the way to go. We use the flex zone as a refrigerator to make up for the lost room of the larger unit we replaced. Also added a freezer in the garage. So the small freezer is enough for day to day things. The stainless is very hard to keep clean. Lost of fingerprints from my 2 kids. I believe this is due to not having external handles. Causes the kids to grab the door. Not a big deal to us. Just keep a cloth nearby. Other wise love it. Very quite and looks great.

I gave this frig a 4 star because it make too little ice and finger prints on the chrome handles are unsightly. It runs great, good sub-zero and the handy door for milk and other frequently accessed items is nice to have. It tucks easily into my kitchen cabinets where I used to have a 30 CF frig. Pricey but if you want no handles sticking out and counter depth, this frig is fine. The wine cooler/freezer compartment is neat. I use it a a frig and have wine there as well.

We bought a bottom freezer model for the first time last year and hated it, so decided to try one of these 4 door side by side freezer units. I like it much better. It is so much easier to keep the freezer space organized. I like having the option for that bottom right freezer to change to a soft freeze or a fridge. I haven't used that feature yet, but probably will at thanksgiving time. I like the door in door, more than I thought I would. It is probably my favorite feature. We did have a couple instances of the ice make bin popping out of place and causing the ice not to dispense, but it now seems to bee working ok, after popping it back into place a couple of times, so we will definitely be watching that.

With two kids under 3yo having enough refrigerator space for kids & adults can be difficult. Samsung solves this problem by taking half the freezer space and enabling it to become a refrigerator. This is super fantastic as now we have what I call a college dorm fridge on the bottom right with the normal food stuffs going into the main refrigerator cabinet on top. Beer in the bottom, food in the top! Once the kids get a bit older and can get snacks out for themselves we'll put the snacky stuff in the door on the bottom for them to grab. Right now my 2.5yo daughter loves to go into the freezer at night to get "my fruit pop." Super cute, even if half the time I have to tell her to put it back, which she does without complaining (great kid). I think all refrigerators should come with a split freezer like this one because really, the way these bottom doors are laid out, everything that fit into the freezer of our old 25sqft refrigerator fits quite neatly into the bottom left door of this new one. The polished handles are really the only part that shows fingerprints which need to be wiped off daily with a microfiber cloth and filtered water from the fridge itself. Cleans right up! Perfect refrigerator for us. Purchased the 5 year extended warranty just to be safe. If you have a refrigerator space problem then this fridge is for you!

We love that it has 4 doors with one of the doors being "flex", i.e. you can use as refrigerator or a freezer. You only need to open one door and not waste energy. The showcase door is also very nice, you can get to the things you use the most without even opening the refrigerator door. We love the stainless finish also, you just have to be careful in cleaning it because it does show smudges. All in all, we are quite happy with this new refrigerator, we thought we'd have less space because it's not as deep as our old one but it turned out we have more space in this refrigerator. Everything is easy to reach.

This samsung fridge looks and feels upscale that's sure to impress guests. Having four doors and one compartment that can flex between a regular fridge or freezer is innovative and convenient. However, the one complaint I would have is the noise. This unit is a bit louder when the compressor is running than my old LG unit. At night when it's quiet, it's definitely noticeable.

We have had this fridge a few weeks now. We really needed a counter depth fridge due to the doors opening toward a kitchen island. Our old fridge was about 6" deeper so in that regards, this fridge is great. The styling is a big plus with us and the cooling is so much better than our old fridge. What we are having trouble with is getting things organized in it. Our old one was a side by side and this one just doesn't seem to have nearly as much room. While the flex section is great, if you use it as a fridge, the freezer space is reduced by half. The ice bin seems small in comparison with our old side by side and the ice cubes are smaller as well. Perhaps due to this, it does not seem to crush ice well at all. I am planning to contact manufacturer about this. While the filter is conveniently located inside the refrigerator, you must turn off your water supply every time you change the filter. This is really annoying and just can't understand why this could not have been designed better.

I like everything about the Refrigerator. The only thing which I know when I bought the Refrigerator was the ice maker. It’s just my wife and me which is fine for ice but if you have more then that, the ice runs out really fast. It’s takes awhile for it to make ice too.

Very nice refrigerator with spacious shelving areas. Mine is counterdepth but the French Door design seems to offer more shelf space than my previous larger capacity side by side. Black stainless - Visually smart and neat looking. The convertible flex zone is great - more reg fridge storage space. Con - not much shelf flexibility to store tall bottles upright. But one shelf has a sliding section to open area for tall stuff and flex zone has removable wine rack to lay bottles on sides.

We really like the counter depth Samsung fridge. We would like a wider area to place things like a pizza box. Also the WiFi connectivity is not easy to connect. We have not been able to really take advantage of those features yet after a month.

Great refrigerator with initial hiccups with installation as it arrived with dents.It is just couple of weeks of using it. I will have to use few features to understand them. Otherwise, great in the line of counter depth to ones in market.

The only problem with this refrigerator is that the condiment holders in the doors are so small and narrow, almost nothing fits in them. But love the four doors. And making the third door a refer instead of freezer is great!

Had this 12 months now. I admit it was a pricey, and normally I would not have spent this much on a fridge - but I am extremely satisfied. Food lasts longer, everything stays fresh. It is extremely flexible and is a very attractive appliance. The showcase door is great for accessing the creamer, milk, small items you frequently use. We purchase the stove and Microwave in the same finish, and they thoroughly enhanced the look of our kitchen. I am happy to say the performance matches the appearance. Its been one year, and we are very satisfied I did not go 5 stars only because it does not stay clean to the touch - it is easy to clean, but shows every mark from the hands that access, it. We typically take a cloth and some Windex to the exterior daily. The other issue, is that we have hard water, and there is no removable lower tray below the ice / water dispenser that would allow for more effective , thorough cleaning. SO, what we have is an evolutionary change to the finish of the plastic by the residual water leaving discoloration. I am afraid to try any cleaner because it could easily effect the rest of the refrigerator, or make the plastic look even worse.

Great counter depth refrigerator that provides the missing space by having a section that can convert from refrigerator to freezer space. Only negative is the fingerprints on the doors where you open them.

Quiet with great storage. Love the flex zone fridge/freezer on bottom left.

I have always thought of my freezer as wasted space until now having the “flex zone” option I can make that freezer a dedicated beverage cooler or my son ft chill for when I do buy a lot of meat but planning to eat with in a couple days...awesome fridge highly recommend
