We love this so far. Especially the flex space. Roomier than I thought for a cabinet depth. But shows fingerprints very easily. Overall, I'd buy it again.

I was a bit nervous about this refrigerator since it was quite a change from my old one. I wasn't sure I would use the showcase door or the flex door. After having this about a couple months now, I can say I'm in love with this refrigerator. All my friends have fridge envy too. There are so many convenient features that I can't think of anything I would add or subtract. I'm hoping it is trouble free because it's the perfrect refrigerator. There is so much room in it for so many different sized items. I looked at a lot of different refrigerators and am so happy I chose this one

Bought this fridge in counter depth, I new from the beginning it would be smaller. Thank goodness for the fridge/freezer compartment on the bottom. We generally need more fridge space than freezer and this option provides flexibility to have both when needed. Haven't had any issues with noise that I heard about on the older model. Fridge looks great in the kitchen and fits space perfectly.

I like the flex zone. Great for ice cream, etc. difficult to find storage in refrigerator for large casserole items and 2 liter soda bottles tho.

Showcase is more convenient than I expected, and is a great option to just get the frequently used items without opening entire fridge door. Like that it chimes when the doors are open too long— wish I had a fridge with that feature when the kids were younger! Really like the freezer size and ability to organize food into several drawers (rather then dumping into one large drawer like other freezer styles), can keep one side of freezer for frozen meats and the other side for frozen fruits and veggies. Overall downsides: very narrow shelves, and not much height in the ice maker side door =can’t fit some of the larger condiment bottles that are less frequently used; the finish does not resist fingerprints= I am always wiping the door/handle area to keep the gleaming shine that attracted me to the black stainless finish. So far, no major issues with ice maker or general performance!

Really nice fridge. The black stainless looks great. I utilize the Showcase door very frequently for things like milk, butter, small drinks and other items that are frequently accessed. The Flex door I use as a fridge for kids' items since I have a freezer in the garage so don't need much freezer space. main downside is the water dispenser lever scratches very easily.

Got the black stainless steel model. Looks great in the kitchen. It replaced a standard sized refrigerator. Turns out we needed to get the counter depth model. It's larger than our old standard depth model, but holds slightly less. The counter depth model is not quite as deep as our old standard depth, but taller - so much so that we needed to raise the cabinet above it. We couldn't get the standard depth model because it was way too deep. The counter depth was a compromise. Love the two cooling areas below. We have an island in front of the refrigerator that made the slide drawer models a bit cramped. The slide trays make it easy to organize things. They are a bit shallow, however. I'm guessing its the slightly smaller depth of the refrigerator and the separation wall between the bottom cooling sections that makes it hold a little less than our older model. Make sure you measure the depth if you get the standard depth model. It's quite a bit deeper than may standard depth models. It's also quite a bit taller. The ice maker is pretty substandard. It takes forever to make a small tray of ice. If you entertain a lot, this could be an issue. This is an issue I plan to take up with the store. Perhaps we got a bad ice unit? The black stainless does show fingerprints, but is does look great. The showcase it a great feature. Was disappointment that it can't hold both a jug of OJ and a gallon of milk - but is is a nice feature anyway.

SO disappointed. 18 months old - a plastic transition from copper line to aluminum evaporator leaked, into the refrigerator, lost Freon, lost compressor oil, stunk up the house, and of course all the plastic and Styrofoam internal parts absorbed the oder. Waited 4 weeks to have it repaired. After braking plastic clips and pans, replacing a compressor and evaporator,I have a compromised refrigerator holding 34degrees, with a freezer and cooling zone at 64 degrees. The smell is awful. SO , basically, its beautiful, it worked well when it worked. I am 57 y/o, First refrigerator I have ever owned that stopped working, also the most expensive.

They just delivered yesterday 1-4-20. Waited since 11-16-19, it had to be ordered. The delivery crew were excellent. Only problem, the door for the freezer had a large dent. They noticed as they unpacked it on the truck. Pedro called customer service and my husband spoke to her after Pedro explained the damages. It was agreed to accept delivery and setup with the agreement that the door would be replaced. Fingers crossed that it was a good decision. We didn’t want to have to wait almost another 2 months. On the upside, we wanted counter depth to give us more space in a very narrow walk through. It has made a big difference. The interior is very spacious. Some of the shelves are odd shapes due to ice maker, little adjustment on what will fit. Love the showcase compartment on the door. The recessed handles really saved us more space in the walkway.

The 4 doors are really convenient compared to the 3rd door as a drawer seen in many other models. Makes it much easier to store and reach for the items. Flex zone option is a feature you will surely use at some point. All in all a great buy.

With my wife and I finally able to down size. This refrigerator has plenty of space. The ice maker makes a decent amount of ice, sometimes it can't keep up with a lot of people for whatever get together you have.

Sleek and trim. Showcase door is awesome. Water dispenses quickly. I came from an LG so the letdowns are the noise, slow/limited ice (six cups max), and the waterspout that points and fills towards the fridge making it hard to fill sports bottles or measuring cups. Lots of water splashing when guests refill their water glasses. Constantly wiping up spills from the tray and the freezer door after getting water from the dispenser. When I initially asked for help from Samsung, their response was a tedious one involving model #, purchase info, etc., to verify. The response had a link to avoid reentering information that actually required the same process and repetitive information.

I’ve had this fridge for a few weeks now and so far it’s great. It is so quiet I don’t think I’ve heard anything yet except for ice cubes falling every so often. Ice maker works fine and though I was concerned it might be small I’ve always had ice when needed. Like the bottom flex drawers. Don’t freeze much stuff so only 1 side is used for that. Other has separate settings. Like the showcase door. It is a beautiful fridge.

Good quality refrigerator. So far working very well. plenty of space. I thought I would not use the outer door, but find myself using it every day for essentials like milk, butter...etc. Very convenient

Beautiful appearance and excellent features, especially the optional refrigerator/freezer section. We use it as a refrigerator. Or concern so far is the rate of ice making. It seems to be about 1/2 of what is advertised. Working on solutions.

Love the counter depth, don't miss the extra space at all. My one complaint is it shows every fingerprint. I think the way the handles are inset makes it worse than the version with external handles.

I love this refrigerator. Really like the flex zone. Lots of storage. Not impressed with the ice maker. That could put out more ice. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars.

This refrigerator is not cheap. Things I like: Four door design. Temp. control. LED lights. Things to improve: Showcase door is not usful. The handle is get dirty fast. The stainsteel door cover is very thin, mine already get a small dent on it. The ice maker is very slow! Also the two padel for the water and ice is very easy to get scrached.

We got our new fridge last week. Works great, love the "flex" space on the bottom, particularly since we have a box freezer, and really needed more real fridge space ... looks nice, and is extremely quiet .. only complaint is that the finish shows everything, and by that I mean "everything", every fingerprint (even from clean hands), every smudge, every skin contact point .. kinda surprised us, since the LG we replaced had the same "stainless" finish, and really didn't show anything, except for "kid-hands" .. which is expected ... great product, just need a bit more thought to the finish resistance ...
