This fridge is beautiful and very versatile with movable shelves and the flex zone option. Even though it doesn't have the big tablet screen on it, it is still very high tech and can be controlled through the smarter things app on your phone or tablet. My only complaint and the only reason it's not a five star rating is the fingerprint resistant is a joke. If anything, it's a fingerprint magnet. Other than that great fridge!

I like that the lower right section can be used as a freezer or cold fridge. It looks great in the kitchen (counter depth) and it is whisper quiet. The top right door section opens two different ways which is pretty cool and gives quick access to items in the door. Very happy with it.

Have had this fridge for about a month now and so far I like it. Leaves fingerprint smudges tho and it scratches easily. I like that it can change to more fridge space or to a freezer if needed and has a wine cooler too. Can’t put magnets on it tho.

We researched for quite some time before purchasing a fridge for our home we were building. In our kitchen, counter depth was the way to go. The fridge fits perfectly in our kitchen and holds all that we need. Besides it’s functionality, it’s stunning! Great purchase especially during July fourth sales.

We've had this refrigerator for almost 1 month, and so far so good. After reading all of the reviews, good and bad, we decided to risk it. It looks great in our new kitchen and we have not yet had any negative issues. Fingers crossed!

The refrigerator is beautiful and does it's job. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to purchase. The top is for regular temp. the bottom left is for freezer and the bottom right you can set for whatever temp you'd like.

This counter depth refrigerator is perfect for our kitchen. The style and color was exactly what we wanted.

Initially we did not purchase the showcase model of this style. However, because of a mix up we were upgraded to the next model which includes the showcase. It is a pretty awesome feature!!!! The showcase allows you to get things from the fridge (more common items) without even having to stick your hand inside the fridge. It is a great idea and I admit I thought it was just another useless feature but am using the showcase more than anything.

It’s a very attractive refrigerator with lots of space. The flexible compartment is good for holidays and days extra space is needed as a freezer or fridge. The short comings: The showcase door is deeper so if it is near a wall it needs to be pulled out a couple of extra inches. The shelves are also not easy to accommodate tall items, even when adjusted. Some of the shelves in the doors are useless. Lastly, the water dispenser doesn’t have very good water flow. Takes long to fill a glass.

This is a new replacement of the original. One feature that made our discussion was the flex storage. You can set frig to have 3/4 frig and 1/4 freezer or 50/50 on both frig and freezer. We like the display layout. But the one problem was with the rice maker. It make less and less ice and had three repairs. Samsung set up a replacement since all repairs was with in the first year.

it provide unexpected convenience -- really like the flex section that can be used as a freezer or refrigerator. We find we have more room to see things. the drawers in teh freezer allow us to find items - our original bottom drawere freezer was terrible and would never buy one again -- had to dig through stuff to find what you needed. Best Buy prices was good -- they even searched to see if there was a lower price to offer us.

I love, love, love the flex option. The design is really sharp and we get a lot of compliments.

We got this refrigerator because in our kitchen remodel layout, the larger full-size fridge we had made clearances too narrow. I was hesitant to get a counter-depth model, thinking we'd run short of fridge cubic footage for all we had in our larger unit. HOWEVER, this one fits everything just fine, saves the space we needed for the new floorplan, and the storage in the bottom compartments (we use both as freezer space) holds MORE food in it than the pull-out drawer and chest style of our full-size fridge. It's because of the 2 drawers on each side with a pull out shelf on top of them - it allows you to organize your food without having to dig thru a large chest and drawer to find what you want. The Showcase front is also great for getting those most-used items (milk and condiments) without having to open up the entire fridge. The only drawback, and it's minor, is the ice machine ice cube storage is small compared to the full-size models just because there isn't room for more ice.

The refrigerator is really nice, I love the flex zone so you can have an extra freezer or fridge. The dule opening fridge door is great , we use it all the time , the ice maker could be bigger but for a 2 person family it keeps up for our needs .

The fridge is large but the door design makes the freezer much easier to access than traditional french door refrigerators. The icemaker doesn't take up too much space inside. Works great so far.

This is a cabinet depth fridge with 4 doors. Easy to keep clean, just use a mircrofiber towel. We love the fact that the bottom right quarter can be used as a freezer or a fridge. We have a big freezer so more fridge space was important. My guests absolutely love the way this piece stands out in our kitchen.

We loved the ability to change one of the two freezer compartments into ordinary compartments for fruits and vegetables. We did not like the way the water squirted, splashing out of our glasses. Worst of all, we bought the refrigerator in June, 2017. The freezer suddenly stopped working in February, 2019. A repairman came and replaced a part. A few days later, the rest of the refrigerator stopped working (except for the blinking lights on the panel). The repairman contacted Samsung, they told him that there was a problem with the freon gas in the fridge. We decided to get a new refrigerator.

Stylish refrigerator. We really like the showcase door for the items that we use repeatedly. The slide out rack is a tight fit for 2 gallons of milk or whatever. Also seems flimsy. I hope it lasts. The ice maker has not worked properly since purchasing the refrigerator 3 weeks ago. Service tech is scheduled to come out next week.

This refrigerator was the last piece to our new kitchen and our new appliance line up! We did a lot of research on refrigerators and visited the stores to look at everything available. We wanted the sleek fit of a counter depth refrigerator, there are only 2 of us, so we knew we wouldn't miss the space of the standard depth. This refrigerator offered us the versatility to utilize the right side of the freezer as a fridge, if need be - so, we made our choice. Some of the reviews we read advised that the ice maker didn't keep up. To date this hasn't been a problem. I don't think we will ever fill a cooler with it -but, it has been enough ice for us. It does take a full 24 hours to ready the ice and don't forget to read the instructions on turning the ice maker on! :-) For us, this has been a good choice.
