Ok so I like the fridge but it doesn't fit our lifestyle and household. It's pretty small but I was prepared for that on some level. I downsized to counter depth. My problems with this unit: 1 - the showcase door is cool but it makes the shelves so small. Won't fit 3 half gallon containers. 2 - not fingerprint resistant. Darn thing looks dirty all the time. 3 - not magnetic. Didn't know this was an issue but I guess the newer fridges aren't. Only an issue for a fridge magnet family like mine. 4 - freezer section is small. They put drawers and it makes it a tiny area. When I say lifestyle specific, this is what I mean. If you shop at warehouse stores, forget getting anything into the freezer. 5 - the flexdoor is the identical layout to freezer with drawers. Makes it a tight space. I use it as a fridge and put all my produce in there but it's tough to fit everything. Also the door has shelves but they are very thin. Only good for small bottles.

This fridge looks good but the innards are pure garbage. Ice Maker is woefully inadequate. Temperature controls are no good - temps on display panel are not the actual temperatures. Temperatures do not track setpoints properly. Now the refrigerant has leaked from the sealed system and it does not cool at all. Not sure why Best Buy reviews are high on this product - other websites tell a different story. Don't make the same mistake I did. Do not buy this fridge - you will regret it if you do.

Excellent refrigerator. Lots of space love the flex zone and the showcase door. Haven't had any issues. Delivery and setup was flawless.

love my new samsung stainless black appliances. matches beautifully with the dishwasher and washer/dryer. nice flex zone to keep our wine chilled is a plus! freezer on the smaller side but roomy enough for ice cream, not big enough for a big package of frozen chicken legs.

Overall we love this frig. The black stainless and counter depth are perfect. The chrome handles always show fingerprints though. Nice water/ice dispenser. The showcase door is cool but not used as much as you think. Very quiet compared to our previous GE. Buy it!

Got it installed on 9/28/2018. So far good. Great 4 doors. We do not use freezer much and this fridge lets us use lower section for regular items. Did not like water dispenser when using small glasses.Enabling as smart devices was ok.

We had problems with the ice maker right from the start... It was a hassle but we were able to keep it going until March 2020 when it froze up for good. We had an extended warranty and it took 3 separate tries but they finally got it working properly. There was a design flaw so they replaced the defective parts and it has been performing great the last 3 months. Note... our Best Buy warranty covered the repair but through a 3rd party provider, not the local Geek Squad repair. Took about 6 weeks to complete the repair because of the 3 separate visits

This fridge looks great and operates well also. It’s a little smaller that we would have liked storage wise but the flexibility to switch the bottom half between fridge and freezer is helpful.

The ice machine is way too small for this appliance. We were 8 couples for a dinner party and our ice maker ran out of ice! Forget about filling up an ice bucket and serving drinks with ice. It holds very little ice and it takes about 48 hours to refill with new cubes. The water dispenser is very slow. A bigger faster distribution water is needed. Yes, everything else works fine, but for such an expensive item, these are important issues.

This refrigerator is awesome. Fits perfect. I haven't figure out how to use the whole bottom as a freezer. The ice maker does freeze up if you don't use the ice on a regular basis.

I like the idea of French doors, but hate having a pull out tray for the freezer. This one has a really nice styling and good interior space. While I don't convert the freezer to a fridge in the third zone, it is an interesting idea. I really like the showcase door as I didn't realize how much I would use this until I got it.

Love the refrigerator/freezer section. We use it for a refrigerator most times but when necessary we just convert to a freezer. No one really uses the door in a door thing any more. The no handles does lead to lots of prints. It's extremely quiet. You can't tell it's on.

Very quiet, keeps the temp as set,plenty of space, great looking.One month so far very pleased!

Pretty cool fridge with 4-compartments and a cool door for milk and juice. Fingerprint resistant... not really. But my wife says I am too focused on a few smudges.

Beautiful design The French doors help me keep my freezer items organized which is great! Wish the left door had more room for condiments though (the ice maker takes up a lot of room).

Purchased this fridge to replace our oversized Bosch. Counter depth is great and fits the space perfect. The size is much smaller but it is nice having the option to turn one of the compartments into a 3rd fridge.

Nice looking but the ice maker stopped working just after the warranty expired. there's only water dripping from the ice maker side. My brother has the same model with no problems so I guess it is hit and miss, but for $3000 I think it should work all the time. I attached a picture of the ice maker you should use in case you get a dud like me and one of my fridge with a microfiber towel were it leaks all the time

Great refrigerator if your looking for a 4 door with the flex. Best feature is the show case door

We bought this mostly for the flex zone in the bottom of the fridge that allows half the potential freezer to be used as a fridge instead of a freezer because we do not need a big freezer. It is very roomy as a result. It's also quite big. Even though it's counter-depth, it takes up more space than we anticipated so we are getting used to that in our small kitchen. Seems to work well. So far, great.
