Had Samsung for 13 years. And upgraded to this model when kitchen remodel completed. One campartment is used for wine cooler. Low energy use! Perfect for us.

I was very pleased with this refrigerator, although I originally had a problem with the ice maker. It was producing ice although it would't dispense the ice. It was repaired by a Geek Squad Technician.

Overall a good refrigerator, only setback is ice maker does not make enough ice, and recovery time is sloooooow, would recommend but would advice about ice maker.

The fridge & microwave make a noise & my wife isn't happy with that plus the information on the range is only in English & French isn't available in Spanish

This is a great refrigerator and we are extremely happy with it. But as always we do have a little pet peeve... The ice maker bin will sometimes inch forward just enough now and then from opening the left top door and won't dispense ice. You need to reopen the door and push the ice bin back. No biggie and it is only now and then.

French door design is good for store room is enough for a small family. But I faced some issues with fringe noise after about 1 year usage. The fringe of the right side door put out very lousy noise when closing it. The other problem is that it is always very hard to replace the water filter. The old one seemed stuck there, and it was hard to pull it out. I had this issue every time when there was need to replace the water filter.

I love the versatility and options for freezer and fridge elements. I can not give 4 or 5 stars however due to the interior design not very conducive to storage. I had to buy several fridge storage containers to get storage for things like cheese, lunch meat etc. Also not much door storage for bottles and jars which in turn causes less room on shelves. Ice maker takes forever to dispense ice and has very low storage.

We knew when we bought this refrigerator it would be something special. And it is! The delivery guys were excellent. They cared about our house as much as we did-very careful, took their time and were friendly. Only had the fridge a couple weeks and still getting used to all functions and spaces. Plenty of space and great ice making. Samsung has a winner.

Lots of room. Love the door that you can use as flex cooling or freezer.

We have a smaller kitchen with 36 inch width and Counter Depth preferred. We had the height with a few inches to spare- so this unit fits the space and the flex option is awesome as we do not typically use the Full Freezer area. The absence of handles leaves more room than we had previously with more space for the Frig. Love the Black Stainless Finish!

We purchased this item because it has a compartment that is convertible from freezer to refrigerator. We find it very convenient.

We purchased this because we were limited in space. This is a counter depth frig and it fit perfectly in the designated space. We love the features especially the zone control. We didn’t need too much freezer space so this was perfect because it allowed us to only designate one zone for the freezer. Love it

I love that it’s really fits counter depth and the third door option to either make it a freezer or fridge is great. There are times I’m going to need more freezer space than one door so that solves the occasional problem while giving me more fridge space otherwise.

I love the chill door and the option of freezer for the fourth door. My only negative is the finger prints. But it is very easy to clean.

Looked at a lot of fridges before purchasing this one. Love how it operates and the optional fridge/freezer section

Nice looking product, and very spacious. However, hard to keep clean due to lack of handles. Constantly having to wipe fingerprints from doors.

This is my second one (sold house and people really wanted me to leave the fridge so I did and bought another one

We replaced our 20+ year old refrigerator with this counter depth refrigerator. So nice to be able to see everything in the fridge without having to bend over. Doesn't stick out into the kitchen like our old one used to. Works beautifully. Couldn't be happier.

I had read reviews about this being a noisy refrigerator -- not so in my opinion. The icemaker is a little small, but works for us.
