For the time period covered by Samsung warranty, it worked just fine. However, like many others, our Ice Maker started to fail at about 1.5 years and after the warranty period ended. It now leaks water and constantly clogs up due to frost build up in the ice maker as others have noted, and needs to be manually defrosted every 3-4 weeks, if you want ice. This is a know problem, and a huge design flaw with no fix available. Samsung won't claim any responsibility, and are therefore purposefully selling defective refrigerators to consumers. If curious, you can google Samsung ice maker problems and find a class action lawsuit which was filed in 2018. If you are thinking of buying a Samsung fridge, I would think twice and go with another brand as the Samsung will break. Wish I saw a review like this before making my purchase.

I love that you can open a drawer without opening both doors. My favorite feature is the flex compartment, we are currently using it on the meat chill setting. My only complaint would be the in the door water dispenser. The angle that the water dispenses is deep toward the back and difficult to put a pitcher under.

The salesperson recommended we get a Samsung fridge and remove the logo to match our appliances. We ended up leaving the logo. The fridge works great! Nice features like a sliding shelf and upper shelf flipping out of the way to store tall items. Totally recommended!

Don't plan to have a party and get more than enough ice for more than 4 drinks, also the ice crusher is worthless. The right bottom freezer [flex door]does not freeze solid. The door in door is a waste of money. Horrible frig for $3200.00. very bad purchase.
