You can turn one of the bottom freezer sections into a refrigerator! This adds to the space of your top refrigerator during times like the holidays when you may need extra fridge room but not extra freezer space! AWESOME feature.

It was a open box item but reasonably priced and store rep followed the best buy policy to give us the best discount. I bought a set of 3 appliances and steel color matched perfect. The feature to switch a part of freezer to regular fridge is awesome. Door lighting and open door alarm is also a great feature.

I could fit enough food for 12 people for 5 days, plus a 20 lb turkey. It's easy to use and clean, attractive and quiet - the stainless steel does tend to collect smudges.

Samsung had to replace it since it stopped cooling. Hopefully this one works. Best Buy was a able to match the original orice and change the geek squad warranty to 5 years with just about 60 dollars more. Thank you.

We've had repair out at least 6 times to fix the ice maker. It continues to freeze up no matter what they've done. To make matters worse, the Geek Squad warranty isn't worth the paper it's written on. They refuse to replace the refrigerator, this last time it's taken over a month for someone to come out, who said it needed a fan (that he had) and he'd be back. It's been another month and despite trying to call the service person direct, he won't answer phone or return voice mail messages. When I call Geek Squad I only get the runaround. I've bought a lot of things from Best Buy, but no more!!!!

The door in the door is great for daily drinks and 1 gl milk. Nice size for family of 2. Making it work for family of 3. Freezer shelves vs drawer in this style was a plus.

The Kitchenaid dishwasher, you cant even hear it run and it is in an island. The fridge has so many options to store different foods. All I have to do yet is to try and get my wife and kid to put things back in the same spot so I dont have to open up all four doors to find something....

The black stainless steal finish looks great. The flexibility of having extra freezer or refridgerator space on demand is fantastic.

We have figured out how to organize it so that everything is easily accessible. We load the showcase door with drinks when we have company. The last fridge we had made noise that we could hear while watching T.V. This one is SILENT! Can you tell I like it?

The installers arranged by Best Buy didn’t get the fridge exactly level but came back out to correct the issue. No whining and no complaining. They just came out and did the right thing! What a refreshing experience.
