I love the refrigerator! The family hub is very convenient as a family calendar and the ability to stream tv as well as listen to music is a very nice feature.

Not a bad fridge, love to use the whiteboard feature as I cook and our little ones doodle and listen to Alexa Disney playlist.

I bought this refrigerator in December 2020. Around November 2021 it started to have issues with temperature. Not cooling. I called samsung warranty 1800. They created a ticket for a third party technitian to fix it. They never showed up. I had to call again and they sent me another technician. They came, told me they have to order parts. Took another week or so, came back, "fix" it. 4 weeks later the refrigerator started having the same cooling issue. I called 1800 number. A guy from India told me that the warranty was expired. This refrigerator is only one year old. I had my previous refrigerator for 15 years and never had any issues at all. My food got spoiled 3 times because of this junk. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

Amazing fridge. Went with the four package appliance bundle from Samsung for my kitchen remodel. Highly recommend

12 days of purchasing this product and not impressed at all. The water dispenser leaks constantly. Processing return or swap for one that doesn’t force me to mop the kitchen every day.

This is a good refrigerator. The family hub is great to have in the kitchen and being able to utilize the hub for planning and scheduling for the whole family. It’s also great to have the music in the kitchen. The only main complaint is that the ice maker is too small and takes forever to make ice.

I love, love, my new refrigerator! We purchased it two weeks ago, and it is the most quiet refrigerator I have ever owned; I sometimes have to open to make sure it's working. The Family Hub is awesome; I have downloaded many photos of the grand children, but still learning all the cool features. I like the fact that I can access the inside of the fridge while shopping to see what we need. We chose the counter depth...granted we lost a few interior cubic feet, but the extra space we gained between the island and the refrigerator makes a huge difference. It's sleek look took our kitchen's appearance up a notch. Looking forward to many years of use.

This is a great refrigerator. Little smaller due to being counter depth, but it still has a good deal of room. The top drawer is refrigeration only. Unfortunately we were told by the Best Buy Rep that it could be freezer or refrigerator space. So we were a little disappointed in that. The Family Hub is great in allowing me to have recipes up to refer to and have music and entertainment in the kitchen while cooking.

I have owned other brands before, but this is my first Samsung refrigerator. I always do a lot of research both online and in store before I buy any major appliance purchase. I read about the Samsung ice maker issues, but was told because this was a 2019 model, the icemaker issues had been addressed. Well, I found that to be true. This is without a doubt the best refrigerator I have owned. The ice maker works just fine. This is also the most quiet 'fridge I have ever used. Top quality, awesome fit and finish and it looks awesome in my kitchen. Extremely well lit in the inside. The temperature inside varies only a few degrees. I absolutely love the Flex Zone drawer for keeping beverages at 33 degrees. Only opening the flex zone drawer instead of the entire fresh food door will save a lot of energy. The top rollout shelf in the freezer section works well for quick access to frequently used items in the freezer. I wasn't sure if I really needed the Family Hub in the door, but I have used it several times to play music while I have been working in the kitchen.

Absolutely the Cadillac of refrigerators, Hands down a beautiful piece of technology. I am not a big Samsung purchaser, however I was researching appliances and decided to outfit my entire kitchen with Samsung and this piece of tech is awesome. Not only is it roomy and fits in nicely, the black stainless is a work of art and is sleek and the family hub is just awesome. I love how this has plenty of space and has the second drawer and power cooling technology. One thing I would be critical of, this only has a down chute ice maker and you cannot reach in and grab ice like other fridges which I probably should of paid attention to but oh well, the rest of it is really awesome.

After 2 weeks with this fridge we are very happy with it. We love the Family Hub, especially for recipes. It's also nice for listening to music or the news while in the kitchen. There is plenty of space for everything and is easy to organize. The only downside is it seems to be a little noisy, especially early in the morning. Not sure if it's going through a defrost cycle or why but definitely not a big issue, just an observation.

I love my Samsung Family Hub and all of the different functions it can do. It displays my calendar to keep my family up to date with schedules. I display our family photos on the hub. I use the recipes off the internet. I listen to music, watch videos and sometimes tv. My family always leaves memos and reminders on the hub. I have only used the inside camera a few times. I do love that I can pull up a recipe and the hub will create a shopping list and send it to your smart phone no matter where you are. I love it. Wouldn’t ever buy a different refrigerator.

We have owned this refrigerator for almost 2 months. It has taken some time to adjust to since we previously owned a side by side refrigerator. Also, we purchased counter depth which I can tell the difference in depth, however, looks so much better in our kitchen not sticking out into the room. I love being able to display pictures of the family almost instantly from my phone to the fridge and get so many compliments on that feature. Also, I love that I can cast tv to the fridge as well while I am cooking in my kitchen. I know some reviews mentioned the ice maker was not superb, however, so far so good with ours. Keeping my fingers crossed. I would definitely buy again.

Fridge has lots of nice features, all kinds of apps, cools great, and middle drawer for deli or other settings is useful for us. Two reasons why it’s not a five star rating: 1.) it makes very loud popping noises several times a day, they are brief, but loud, you get used to it. 2.) the ice maker is very small in the counter depth version at least, it runs out quickly and is slow to refill.

Love this refrigerator. I wanted to buy a previous model, I like the design more but I'm happy with all the futures and space and the look. Pretty amazing..
