We purchased this July 2017 and since have had to replace all the refrigerator shelves as they have all cracked at the edges. The ice maker takes a very long time to dispense the ice, and the ice maker assembly has been replaced, but the replacement didn’t seem to help as it still slow to dispense.

I needed a refrigerator which was counter depth for a townhome with a smaller kitchen. I wanted to update with a new appliances. This fridge is a good depth for the space I had to work with. It also looks nice.

Purchased this Samsung on May 25, 2015. The Stainless Steel showed rust marks within a year and looks terrible now. Then I got an error message FF and fridge and freezer quit cooling. I took everything out, unplugged it, left the doors open and let it thaw out. Then used the reset code to set to factory settings. Then it worked again. But 24 hours later FF appeared again. I used reset code again and it now works. But I can't trust it won't stop working when I am not home to intervene so I purchased a new Frigidaire. No more Samsung for me!

Very sleek design. Great lighting. Drawers don't pull out very far. Quiet. Stainless steel....don't care for all of the finger prints that are left behind. Not sure if counter depth is worth the extra $$.

No complaints so far. It works great and it is really quiet.

Modern look counter depth refrigerator. Has a full length freezer

If you're looking for a modern side-by-side fridge, this is an excellent purchase. We love ours. Got it in white, counter depth. Nice capacity, and love that a (pleasant) alarm beeps when one of us (kids) leaves the door open.

Love the room it has and crushed icemaker. It is everything we expected.

My wife and I both love our new Sansung side-by-side refrigerator. It is quiet running and holds a lot more large containers(gallon jugs). Also the ice making works better than any other refrigerator I have ever had.

Very efficient and organized per square footage. Temperature staying perfect according to the thermometer I placed inside & in comparison to what the settings are set at.

We've only had this a few weeks but so far very nice. I love the positioning of the shelves on the door. We purchased a cabinet depth so the drawers do not pull out very far - this will take time to get used to. Water drips from the water and ice dispenser - will need to call service.

Great Fridge. Stylish and quite fits perfectly in the kitchen.

Great Samsung refrigerator, better than what I expected.

You may not be able to fit an extra large delivery pizza box in it, but it has huge capacity, it is well built, highly adjustable. Only downside is ice and water dispensing speed...which is very slow compared to others I have used. Ice storage could be a little larger.

Have not had the refrigerator long and it seems to be working just fine. Only problem is that many people have told me that Samsung is not reliable and they are hard to service and get parts. To combat this possible problem I purchased a Geek Squad 5 year warranty as well.
