I like the ice maker in the door more room in freezer

I have only positive things to say about this refrigerator. The configuration options on the door allow you to maximize the space to meet your needs. It feels spacious despite being comparatively small - and it is EXTREMELY quiet. The only time I hear it at all is when ice is dropping down into the chute. I never hear the compressor. The lone (fairly big) complaint I have, is the measurements provided by Best Buy are NOT accurate. The delivery guys commented that this "unfortunately" happened all the time - that the specs are commonly just slightly wrong. Specifically - the height provided is shy by 3/4 of inch. To clarify, the measurement listed is the height of the door - HOWEVER on the top/front of each door are plastic compartments that house wiring for the internal lights as well as a magnet that triggers the "door ajar" bell. This little compartment sticks up above the door by roughly 3/4 inch - and is NOT included in the specs. SO - if your refrigerator needs to fit into a space with cabinetry above it - tack on an inch to ensure it can slide in all the way. We had to cut out notches into our cabinets to get it to fit and luckily you can't tell but I thought this a pretty major oversight by Best Buy. That said - I LOVE the refrigerator - just hope it fits for you from the box without requiring a jigsaw....

We have had this refrigerator for 4 months, and January 1 the cooling system stopped working. All of the lights we still on so it looked lije it was working. We had just gone shopping so it was full of food which all spoiled. I tried all of the recommend steps to troubleshoot the problem but none of them resolved the problem. We called Samsung and spent just a little bit over an hour on hold. They said that we would have to wait at least a week for a repair person to come out. The repair person would have to deemed unfixable before Samsung will do anything about it. If unfixable, they want to replace it. We definitely do not want another Samsung product so have convince them that we want a refund. I have a feeling this is going to be a long drawn out process. I wish that I had done more research before buying this refrigerator. I would definitely suggest looking at another brand.

Love this French door fridge. It is spacious. Has a lot of shelving

The refrigerator has a nice look and not too big. Ice in door has a delay in dispensing the ice that makes it hard to get used too. In addition, the drawers in the refrigerator section do not open very wide and it makes it hard to get basic items in.

JUST NOT ENOUGH SPACE HERE TO TELL OF THE NOT GREAT

Charged me $250 for parts and labor. Total rip off!! Then after 3 years the freezer will not automatically defrost!!! Waiting for service to see how much this costs me.
