    This refrigerator failed after only 4 years - no air flow or cooling in either the fridge or freezer! Samsung customer support was horrendous and the service tech they finally sent knew nothing about the unit. He spent all his time on the phone. Plus, he had NO parts with him. Getting a part and arranging another service call to install it would take at least a week and cost $450.00! I'll never buy another Samsung product, I'm sticking with an American company and buying a new GE refrigerator.

    This refrigerator has poor quality materials and poor quality workmanship. Shelves are broken after only 2 years. Samsung (lack of ) Customer Says there is no report on this being a problem. However, it's not hard to find reviews with this exact problem.
