I love this refrigerator. I especially like that the filter is good for six months at a time. Makes for less worry!

This is a great refrigerator if you need a counter depth one. There are not a lot of them to pick from and we really like this one.

Good for family who use to cook and store for two days for leftovers and easy to use and space is good .

Love this refrigerator. The counter depth makes my kitchen look very streamlined. The refrigerator is organized well with obvious shelves and drawers for all the snacks, veggies, drinks, eggs, condiments, fruit and meat. Tons of space.

WE PURCHASED THIS SANSUNG TO REPLACE A NOISY WHIRPOOL FRIG THAT WAS ONLY 1 YR. OLD. THE COMPRESSOR WAS THE ISSUE. SERVICE COULD NOT FIX IT SO WE THREW IN THE TOWEL AND RESERCHED THIS SANSUNG. AND IT SAID IT WAS QUITE. AND THAT IT IS. EVERYTHING IS TO OUR SATISFACTION. WE HAVE OWNED IT FOR 2 MONTHS.

This is by far the best fridge I have ordered. I never run out of ice now!

Have had to change water filter to often. & very pricey.

Overall this is a good fridge but 2 things that annoy me are the constant need for new water filters, and the front is NOT stainless! It is not even metal - magnets don't stick to it. Also the same front seems impossible to keep clean. It says to wipe it down with a damp cloth, but that does NOTHING! Argghh.

Ice maker does not dispense ice at times. Otherwise no other complaints. It is loud though.

This has a beautiful finish and features I love. I was particularly interested in filtered water / icemaker and door dispenser. The icemaker really is loud as previously noted by other reviewers but my biggest complaint is the taste of the filtered water. I had my appliance professionally installed but the installers left my cold water disconnected at my sink. It was winter and I never had them come back to determine the source / fix the problem. My filtetered water / ice cubes tasted considerably worse (unusable) than straight from my faucet. I kept throwing away cycles of ice cubes thinking it just needed to be "cleaned out" per the installer's direction. It never got better and then the "change filter" light came on. Shortly after, our house flooded and we had to have it remediated. I'm hoping when we move back, I can have it properly installed (if water lines were mixed up or something) and it will work better with a new filter. I'll update my review when I have an answer. If the filtration system does not improve....my rating would drop considerably.

Although it's only been a month or so since I purchased my counter-depth Samsung refrigerator, it's been awesome thus far. Very quiet, nice interior design and lighting and the ice/water dispenser works perfectly. Also, it is vey attractive.

I purchased this Samsung refrigerator in March 2017. The biggest mistake I made when it comes to purchasing an appliance. Not only is the product garbage, but Samsung service is garbage as well. The only reason I am sticking with Best Buy is that the service has been outstanding. Although I have been without a refrigerator for just about a month they have worked hard at trying to accommodate my needs. My only advice for Best Buy is to really figure out how the “Greek Squad” can try to handle emergency situations quicker. Waiting a week for an appointment is a lot to ask when your food is spoiling.
