Super quiet, including the ice msker. Feels sturdy and well built. More roomy inside than expectation.

Nicely constructed counter depth freezer / refrigerator with tons of cool options, including the door to the beverage rack, an wine/beverage cooler compartment with set-able temperature, ice/cold water maker. Unfortunately, Best Buy's installation team was technically incompetent, and I ended up hiring a plumber to hook it up, and Best Buy has not been accommodating about returning to level the unit and doors to date.

The separate compartments are helpful to keep different foods fresh. The door in door is very handy

Needed to replace a 15+ year old fridge, ended up replacing all of our kitchen appliances. Went with Samsung because the oven was the best fit for the space. Fridge is the same size as the old one but seems to hold more food. We like the look, like the ergonomics, like the space. Geek Squad came out within days to replace a door that was dented during delivery, very quick and professional. We're happy.

We really liked this fridge when we were looking for a new one. We needed a replacement for an older fridge. We kept the old and moved it to the garage. I believe that we would not have had enough storage in the new counter-depth one if we didn't keep the old one. Otherwise, this fridge is awesome!!!

We bought this fridge to put in our kitchen in our new home. We couldn't be happier with our choice. The Samsung is the best product of its type available today The shelving is nice and can be positively set to accommodate containers of many different sizes. The Crisper drawer is nice to keep veggies available and chilled. No more hunting for small bags or this and that. This is a really nice product for any family.

I love all the space, the water dispenser, the extra drawer, the ice maker.

I am going to have the 3rd time delivery... the previous times I have had defected item. But the delivery guy suggest me to keep them for use and going to replace a new one to me (that's why I gave it two stars for the service). And tomorrow gonna be my 3rd time delivery...

I couldn't be happier with how much I can put in this fridge. It works and looks amazing.

Switched from side by side to French door. So much more room! Love the bottom freezer and the temp adjustment middle drawer. Now I can put all my lunch meats and cheese in the middle drawer. The only thing I would complain is the water dispenser. It has a very shallow tray to catch the water so lot of time the water overflows and drips down to floor.
