Very disappointed in this appliance. Storage in upper half is awkward and its vegetable/cheese drawers and lower shelf are poorly designed for cleaning. Any spill seeps into crevices and difficult to take apart. Why not just make it a seamless drawer and shelf? The ice maker is the worst aspect of this refrigerator. It continually freezes up and the cubes are not uniform. Beautiful exterior, but regret purchasing.

Plenty of room for counter depth fridge... multiple access door is excellent

Purchased this fridge and selected the counter depth. It is good overall, but small inside. Of course, this is because it is counter depth... Really like it other than water dispenser shoots out water fast and at a funny angle. It ends up splattering everything.

Slick designed and very modern looking. Works great. the only negative thing that i can say about it is that the shelves that are in-front of the ice maker are too small to really be functional. Other that that, i am very happy with the purchase.

This refrigerator is beautiful inside and out. Have received many compliments.

Upgraded to this new French door, two draw refrigerator when my old one died. Love the additional dedicated chilling drawer where I can keep beverages that are always chilled and ready at hand. Also love the small door that can be opened giving access to the front refrigerator drawers without opening the whole refrigerator. All in all a very good looking, cleverly designed product

This Refrigerator is s great. Lots of room and yet small enough to fit right in.

The refrigerator cools and freezes as it should. The inside drawer sticks and doesn't slide properly. The ice dispenser is slow and you have to hold most big cups at an awkward angle to fill.

The fridge is amazing and it would have earned 5 stars, but the bottom tray in the freezer seems to come lose sometimes...not a big deal, but it was annoying at first...other than that....love the easy access door to grab milk and such

Purchase this or any other Samsung fridge at your own peril. There are an ENDLESS array of angry online complaints (including threats of class action lawsuits) regarding the ice maker, which has a well-established design flaw which causes the ice maker to break. Mine broke yesterday. Owned this fridge for just a year and a half, just long enough to surpass the very poor 1-yr warranty. Even when working, the ice maker was always frustrating, producing ice quickly, but dispensing it incredibly slowly.

Nice refrigerator . I had purchased it for my new home and the only problem I faced was with the height of the refrigerator . The hinges will not go below the cabinet hence I did not opt for counterdepth refrigerator which would have looked better.

Good space for a counter-depth fridge. Flex draw is awesome. Door storage on side with ice maker is extremely limited as you could imagine. Other than that, the only drawback so far is keeping it clean. Stainless finish smudges easily.

So far, so good. We love this Flex-door refrigerator. My wife has already noticed that with the ice/water on the door and the flex-door feature, we're seldom inside the frig. anymore. Best Buy did a great job scheduling and installing the refrigerator; had the old one out and new one installed and running in about 45minutes. Great job.
