Love the way it looks and functions with the quick access front door. Bought as an open box and after install the fan was very loud but best buy sent service out and fixed it within 3 days. Works for us very well so no complaints at all.

I have only had this refrigerator for a short time, but so far I am really pleased with its performace. I love the ice and water dispenser. It was delivered when Best Buy said it would be. The installation crew was very courtious and helpful.

From all the features I wanted to flawless delivery and setup I couldn’t be happier Worried about ice maker from reading reviews. It is a smaller container but makes it much faster than my GE. Only a month, but love it!

This was a let down, the unit was very noisy and the ice maker is not very good.

Love the layout of this refrigerator, super convenient. It does make a popping noise that we cannot figure out, possibly the ice maker??. Overall we are happy.

Had to get this one since the full model with identical features was a little too big to bring through the stairs. If anyone can only accommodate the counter depth fridge, this is an excellent choice. Particularly like the showcase door.

This fridge that was purchased is the best one we have had yet. So far we haven’t had any issues with it and the Samsung products are great!

Good quality fridge. Haven’t had any issues with the fridge so far. Only concern is not much storage space since it’s counter depth.

Refrigerator works great and is easy to use. My only slight disappointment is that the “Crushed Ice” is better discribed as Ice Chunks.

We have had the fridge a few weeks now, overall we love it, but it seems a bit smaller than most. That would be the only complaint, otherwise it is awesome.

Samsung Fridge is the best. I have used few different ones. But this one is so good and the drinking water quality is also good. Bestbuy installation and service was unbeatable.

A great refrigerator although I wish the ice maker bin was a bit bigger. Now I have to go and buy ice rather than use what is in the collection bin.

Beautiful and perfect stainless steel Matches new GE appliances. We bought this new refrigerator off of form and function vs brand match bc it's better quality than GE in our opinion (just sold home with similar refrigerator).

I really like the way it is set up. Very convenient door for drinks. I have only one criticism. The extra drawer in the freezer is very difficult to pull in and out. Design needs to be reworked.

My wife and I was really attracted to the color of this refrigerator. Just had our new house painted and the color of our refrigerator blends very well with the choice colors. Other than that, the product works as advertised.

A very nice looking appliance that works for all the reasons we chose it. We especially like using the middle drawer for keeping meats & fish at an optimal “freshness” temperature just below freezing.

Everything about the refrigerator is excellent. It fits nicely in our kitchen being its counterdepth. The darker finish is striking and it resists fingerprints. Samsung has made a wonderful product.
