It stop working I called SAMSUNG ,they sent a tech to my house . Well the day they came out the fridge came back on. They told me what too do if it happen again .they showed me how to get the codes off the fridge .The next week fridge stop working again This time I went to Bestbuy to get help ,too replace fridge. I was told their was nothing they could do. And didn't want to take loss of replacing the fridge. Awful, store and managers. Beware of this fridge !!!

It would not shut off. Thank goodness I was home!! I returned it because I could not chance the damage that would cause if I were not at hone.

The ice maker constantly drips water due to the design and has stopped functioning properly. We have had the fridge for 5mo total and it was brand new.

The drawer constantly stuck and doesn't close properly. The stainless shows EVERYTHING. The door compartment that opens is a nice feature.

The ice maker kept breaking down after every repair in a month or less every time. Eventually Samsung gave me a refund and I bought an LG fridge instead. I’ve also owned a Samsung TV that gave numerous issues and coincidentally the microwave that we got 3 years ago (yup it’s a Samsung) gave us an “SE” error code yesterday. Our old Panasonic microwave that’s over 10 yrs old still works believe it or not, have that one in the garage. I just threw it out, not worth it. Never buying anything Samsung again.
