I enjoy my new fridge and live the feature of being able to change on of the sections to either fridge or freezer, but it was hard to adjust to being that I had an older fridge and it was 2 doors where this has 4 sections and what's seems to be less door shelf space.

I love this refridgerator! Just a few things issues... The ice maker freezes up frequently (twice a month or so) and the shelves do not move around really well, you are pretty limited with the configuration.

I was so excited for this flex 4 door fridge/freezer. Having the ability to use one side of the freezer as a crisper was an amazing thought and it worked out great! If only Samsung could have figured out how to make the most basic features of fridge/freeze work properly they might have had something great here. Alas they did not. This fridge is a nightmare. Parts must be made from bird bones, they snap at the drop of a can on the shelf. Roller wheels come off when the fruit drawer has fruit in it... And the ice machine...the ice machine... Worked fine for 4 months, then began dripping. Then began freezing up. We found repair forums, did that, worked again 4 months. Turns out this ice machine has been a problem since 2019 but they certainly didn't fix it in the newer models. Repairmen can't fix it. Samsung doesn't have a fix. We are stuck opening the ice machine 3-4 times a day to stop it from freezing over.

All the good features like flex zone and nice design and color. Ice maket doesn’t feel that small and enough to feed my 4 family members.

Striking appearance with the 4 doors and recessed handles. Perfect fit for my kitchen. One point to remember is that the doors bow out about an inch. So if your clearance is tight, take this into consideration. Love the drawers in the lower freezers making organization much easier that typical lower level freezers. The ice maker is the only noise we hear, and only when the ice drops into the bucket. Very quiet compressor. My only negatives are the lack of a Sabbath Mode to keep the lights off when opening the doors, but our sales person helped out by demonstrating the use of removable magnets to prevent the switch activation. Finally, you cannot place a cup in the cold water dispenser. It will not balance. You must hold the cup since the stream of water shoots backwards. One final note was the first class service from BB for sales, installation and post sales questions..

So far it"s very good and no problem, but I've only been home with it for three weeks.

The overall functioning of the fridge is fine. Cools well, preserves vegetables and the freezer works well. We have used the flex zone always as a fridge so I cannot comment on the freezing ability or the switch back and forth. Positive experience in these areas. There is a really bad issue with the Ice Maker. It jams up often and frosts over. Have to frequently run a hair dryer to get rid of this. This is nothing new for many Samsung Fridges. You can read about this online. However, it astounds me that they have neither acknowledged nor addressed the problem.

Love the black stainless & the four doors. Also love the way it opens, no bulky handle sticking out.

I purchased this refrigerator just over a year ago. Great features with one exception, the ice maker. because it's located in the refrigerator section it constantly freezes up at the top where the ice is made. it's nearly impossible to pull out the ice container to thaw it out. Horrible ice maker buyer beware. When I purchased this I also purchased the Range, Microwave and Dishwasher. The dishwasher isn't performing like I would have expected but that's another review. I recommend more research before buying this refrigerator. This is my second Samsung refrigerator, I won't make this mistake again.

We love the flexibility of using one section for either the freezer or refrigerator.

My Wife loves this fridge. She has all the extra space she needs for large items and my 2 year old loves it because she now has her own small fridge she can get into when she wants something.

Overall very happy with fridge and freezer; however there are a couple of minor things to be aware of such as fingerprints can be very visible on doors and the upper left door may not close tight if the lip extension on it does not seat properly.

Lots of space for a counter depth. The four door feature is great. So glad we purchased.

Samsung is one of the leaders in technology I have owned many products from Samsung and all have been exceptional. This one also astonishes me. Amazing highly recommend.

This is the best of dozens of refrigerators that I have purchased over the years. Only complaint might be the hand curve inside grip gets a little messed up. Should have put the black stainless there too. The flexibility is a really big thing for us. Come home with a hundred pounds of meat or fish and a few weeks later a hundred pounds of strawberries or cherries. Switch from the freezer to the fridge in minutes.... way cool

A friend of mine told me how much she loved hers so I decided to buy one during the Black Friday sale. This refrigerator is perfect!! Love how much room it has in it being a family of 5 we need storage. If I wanted to make one of the bottom drawers into a refrigerator instead of a freezer I can. The lights on it is perfect for at night use and it beeps when the kids have it open for too long. Best refrigerator we have ever had.

We have lots of freezers and not enough refrigerators so when this one came on the market I was so happy!

This refrigerator has worked well without any issues. Like the fact we can program the one compartment to be a freezer or refrigerator. I think the ice and water levers could be made of a higher quality material. Scratches easily and looks old.
