I was so excited for this flex 4 door fridge/freezer. Having the ability to use one side of the freezer as a crisper was an amazing thought and it worked out great! If only Samsung could have figured out how to make the most basic features of fridge/freeze work properly they might have had something great here. Alas they did not. This fridge is a nightmare. Parts must be made from bird bones, they snap at the drop of a can on the shelf. Roller wheels come off when the fruit drawer has fruit in it... And the ice machine...the ice machine... Worked fine for 4 months, then began dripping. Then began freezing up. We found repair forums, did that, worked again 4 months. Turns out this ice machine has been a problem since 2019 but they certainly didn't fix it in the newer models. Repairmen can't fix it. Samsung doesn't have a fix. We are stuck opening the ice machine 3-4 times a day to stop it from freezing over.

Spacious inside on both refrigerator and freezer side with option chiller for wine etc. if you don't want both lower sides to be freezer. A little hard to initially figure out due to buying open box with no instruction manual. Overall a good buy.

This refrigerator has worked well without any issues. Like the fact we can program the one compartment to be a freezer or refrigerator. I think the ice and water levers could be made of a higher quality material. Scratches easily and looks old.

Like the look and how it works so far, however not fingerprint resistant.

I like this refrigerator. The configurable compartment is very convenient. Now we can have frozen pizza and ice cream in our house at the same time, NO MORE LIVING LIKE A FUGEE FOR US!

I love the 4 panels, but the only drawback is that the ice maker is pretty small. I do like that we use one panel for leftovers only, keeps the rest of the refrigerator clean and fresh.

Love the design of this fridge with bottom freezer being doors instead of a drawer, but the ice maker should be the deal breaker for anyone considering this refrigerator. It breaks constantly. We have Geek Squad out here every couple of months to fix the ice maker. It also does not have a meat or cheese drawer, which is more annoying than I thought it would be.

Great and contemporary design. Ability to do separate temperature control.

I was concerned about getting a smaller refrigerator when we purchased this one. I am really enjoying the split freezer on bottom. It is easier to organize than my old one that was larger. I can get more into it because of the layout. So glad I let my husband convince me to go smaller. It fits into my kitchen much better than my old one did.

This is an amazing refrigerator! We love the 4 doors. We get tons of compliments when company comes over. Looks very RICH in our kitchen. The freezer portion is amazing! It is much more convenient getting access to freezer food. You can also convert 1 of the freezers to a refrigerator if you want to. We haven't had any issues with the ice maker and I use it a lot. Buy this fridge!

Have had the refrigerator about a month and so far it's working great and looks great! Since it's counter depth it's a little low on space but that is to be expected. It is taller than the normal refrigerator so you gain some space there (but needed to remove cabinet to fit).

This is a very expensive refrigerator and the options for counter depth are limited. It is impossible to keep clean, EVERY fingerprint shows and it is difficult to clean without streaks. The ice-maker is not great either, it takes a long time to fill up a glass of ice. But it hasn't run out of ice yet, so that is good. No meat/cheese drawer and the veggie drawers are small. We haven't used the bottom right quad as a refrigerator yet but I think this will be good for holidays.

A French door Samsung for the this price is a great deal.

Great performing fridge providing fresh products and a great look to the entire kitchen.

I liked this look so much it’s my second one like it! It seems easy to organize even though I bought counter depth I’m not feeling like I lost as much space as I thought I would’ve felt. I do miss the show case door in the counter depth it does not have that. So I was disappointed but I’m getting used to it. It looks beautiful and sleek.

This was our first new refrigerator in nineteen years. We upgraded to modern. It looks great in our kitchen and has been easy to use. We love the external ice and water dispenser and the touch button control. I highly recommend this product. Best Buy also did a cost match and saved us $100 off their posted sales price and an eighteen month onterest free pay plan. Can't go wrong.

Love this refrigerator. The versatility of using one side of the bottom freezer as extra refrigerator space is brilliant. Fingerprints easily wipe off with just a paper towel. The only downside is the slow ice cube dispenser.

This is a nice looking refrigerator only 1 thing I did not like is no handle to open and close , it’s pocket style door which mark finger prints very easy

This fridge is pretty nice, if we had room in our house we would have gotten the larger one. My only complaint, which is very minor, is that the crushed ice does not crush very much.
