Ice maker broken constantly

I had to waste so much time having it repaired 10 times before I was able to get a refund. The last fix they put some heat element in the ice maker now it leaks water all over the inside of my refrigerator and still freezes up inside the ice maker. Stay away from it Google Samsung refrigerator ice maker you’ll get your answers.

However, the ice maker stops making ice every couple of weeks or so. The only way to get it to make ice again is to turn it off for a day or so and then turn it back on.
