    After about six months the ice maker stopped working. Then about 18 months in the refrigerator (top half) stopped working although the bottom right section was still normal and the freezer (left bottom) was fine. We put in the first call to Samsung and have had 7 different repairs calls--all from Samsung's preferred service providers. It still doesn't work after two months trying to work with Samsung. I am frustrated beyond words. Things break, I get that. But not being able to fix it is not acceptable.

    I have a refrigerator that does not work properly after three attempts to fix it and a month of waiting. Now I am waiting for an authorization to return it so I will not be stuck with it.
