My wife and I researched for 2 weeks on the right brand of refrigerator to buy. Did not know that much about refrigerators since the one we had was Amana brand and it lasted 23 years. Only had to replace water inlet valve and ice maker. During our research we found that Samsung was one of the top rated brands for the amount of money we were going to spend. First it was on back order we waited over a month to finnsly get delivery. After less than week I had to call Samsung service to find out why the ice dispenser quit working. After 40 min. on hold and another 30 min. talking with a representative I'm now waiting on a call from a service company to set up an appt. to come out and fix it. Very Very Disappointed.

I'd had unrelated problems with both of our new Samsung TV's: the one upstairs simply refused to turn on; the one downstairs could not communicate with our Harmony remote. I also needed help understanding how to use my Bluetooth wireless headphones with the upstairs TV. John did everything for us in under an hour. My wife and I both were very taken by his overall likable demeanor and professionalism. I have his card so will call on him whenever we have another problem I cannot figure out how to fix myself.

Loving this fridge so far. Lots of room, ice maker takes up very little space in refrigerator. You can fit two gallon jugs in door.

The frig that I bought seems to keep the food at a good temperature. The freezer doesn't over freeze different items. The water/ice control has already malfunctioned. It works intermittently and we need to have it repaired.

This refrigerator is beautiful awesome size awesome storage for a smaller kitchen and for a counter depth refrigerator. However If you can accommodate the full-size regular refrigerator you definitely can save some money I did notice that the counter depth refrigerator cost more money which was a bummer I'm guessing when you have lack of space the manufacturer knows you don't have a choice and you will pay the additional cost for the smaller refrigerator. With that said Samsung makes a beautiful refrigerator and it's worth every bit of your investment.

Great counter depth fridge, works perfectly. The layout could be better, had to remove a shelf so that the configuration worked for me and my family.

After 3 weeks or so, the fridge is still running without any problems. Only issue is that the Geek Squad install team didn't level the footing on one side so the fridge has a slight lean that will need to get fixed.

I love Samsung fridges, this is no exception. The water dispenser area can hold a standard height 24 oz. bottle. It is spacious enough for me and my family's needs. Reduced one star because the freezer tray in drawer tends to get slightly stuck for no apparent reason.

Pros: -Excellent lighting inside -Very good use of space with shelves, drawers -Door shelves have deep pockets and can hold a gallon of milk Cons: -Sometimes I notice a little noise when the unit kicks in

I was nervous about getting the Samsung as there were very mixed reviews. But the fridge so far has been very enjoyable to use. My only wish is for more door pocket space and more shelving room for tall items like I had in my side by side, but getting used to it.

Excellent product; roomy, yet doesn't stick out very far into a small kitchen. Ice maker works well, making plenty of ice.

Fridge is compact and fits well as a counter depth fridge. Good lighting. One gripe is the door shelves where water dispenser is. They needed to make room for water dispenser so it’s awkwardly shaped. Can only put specific items on the door with water/ice dispenser. Still big enough but recommend a mini fridge as well. I’m not using neither the water or ice dispenser so can’t comment on their quality. Quiet fridge if you’re using the fridge for just refrigeration purpose.

We have only had the refrigerator for a short while but so far we love it! It is very spacious for a counter-depth and the lighting is great.

We bought this fridge for our new home specifically for counter depth. You do sacrifice some space but it fits perfectly.

This is a great fridge. Capacity is nice and style means you see and fit everything nicely. One flaw, There isn't an alarm alerting door is left open and it doesn't shut heavily on its own so have seen it left ajar few times. Overall love and would buy again.

The refrigerator is a nice size. Exspecially like the lighting inside versus the single bulb of older models.

It has the features I was looking for, plus the storage is just right. Convenient freezer at bottom with fridge component at the top.

Ice maker makes very little ice and does not store much which is very disappointing. Overall, it has a decent size. The water dispenser is very slow which is frustrating.

Great fridge. Perfect counter depth fit. Lots of room inside for everything. Very happy with this refrigerator.
