Bought this fridge on black friday and had it delivered early December. So far it has been working well with no issues. My two biggest complaint s about this fridge is the size of the ice maker I have an ice tea maker and the fridge only produces enough ice for half a batch with the ice tea maker. The second issue is that the front of the fridge is not magnetic, not a deal breaker by any means but annoying that we cannot hang a calendar / photos / lists on the front of the fridge.

Love every aspect. Shelving, great drawers and space.

The inside is not as big as others in this price range, and we had some issues with it, but overall it's a decent fridge.

Upgraded to this refrigerator it's great but the ice storage is small

10 yr on compressor only on older models. Left side door periodically stays open. Ice machine only fills 1.5 hydro canteens.

This is actually a replacement Fridge of same make and model. Our first unit icemaker continually froze up. We have had this one for 3 weeks and no issues at all.

This is a beautiful refrigerator and the configuration allows for flexibility in storing your groceries in both the refrigeration part as well as the freezer part. We bought the same Samsung French door refrigerator about 5 years ago from Best Buy, but sold it with our house. We liked it so much that we purchased it again for our new home and look forward to using it.

ice machine has had to be fixed 3x to the point of samsung replacing the unit

We bought the regular depth version of this several years ago and this has been improved when it comes to the dispenser and controls. The water comes out faster than the old unit and so far we're loving this fridge. We had to go with counter top depth for our kitchen design but I do miss the full depth at times. Can't hold this against Samsung though.

A knowledgable sales rep named Frank at the Dadeland location in Miami guided me through the decision process - smartly pointing out the pros/cons specific to my needs. A slight glitch on delivery was easily resolved. The product itself is both aesthetically pleasing and functions great.

Haven't given 5 stars since we just purchased it recently. Lots of space inside, almost not making a noise and especially like the drawer for cheeses/meats.

Very nice refrigerator but had a lot of problems with the icemaker. Ice would get jammed up in the ice container requiring the container to be removed and ice chipped away. On two occasions had to turn the refrigerator off for several hours so the ice would melt enough to get the container out.

fridge is wonderful. lots of space and easy to use.
