This refrigerator is cheaply made, and it will fail after a year. I purchased this product just over a year ago, and it already needs maintenance and parts. For just over $2,000, Samsung should be embarrassed by the quality of this product. I will no longer purchase anything at Best Buy.

After approximately 2 1/2 yrs the refrigerator defrost unit was not working. A temporary fix only lasted 2 yrs. We are now having more troubles and difficulties working with Samsung and an authorized Samsung repair service. Many local appliance repair services will not work on Samsung. Choose a different brand.

The worst service I've ever had. The man that came to deliver the refrigerator was so unprofessional and dented my walls when removing the old one. I keep waiting for best buy to make it right. I won't hold my breath

Died after less than 3 years. It's leaking refrigerant in freezer. Freezer won't cook. It is beyond repair. I had to replace it. It's a very common problem with Samsung. Go check on their forum. Never buy a Samsung again.

The ice maker has been terrible, the water shoots out too fast and has a poor angle. The ice maker has jammed and does not dispense the ice in the cups. The freezer has malfunctioned and is now no longer working. Too many problems for an item this new.

This refrigerator is very loud, the compressor runs constantly. The freezer ices over constantly. I think it's a lemon, although many other people seem to have the same issues. My friend has a different Samsung which runs perfectly and I am going to try to return this one for his model.

Fridge doesn’t have much room on the sides and runs a little loud

I bought this refrigerator may 2019, there are scratches on the front of one the doors where the fingerprint resistant coating is peeling off. don't buy any of the black stainless steel with the fingerprint technology

The ice maker freezes over constantly. Have to use a hair dryer to melt the ice around the ice maker. Has been doing this every since I bought it. Do not purchase.

Do not buy this refrigerator! It has serious manufacturer defects! Including the icemaker which is $490 to fix! Samsung is awful to work with!

This Refrigerator has the worst icemaker I’ve ever seen you make it two or three glasses of ice and then that’s it for about six hours

I have had this now for about 5 years. I had to have it repaired 5 times already.. I will never buy a Samsung again.

The compressor gave out on this. A terrible product that didn’t last long at all. I had a GSP, but the delays in replacing it were insane.

This fridge is junk. I have had 6 service calls for the fridge. Samsung and bestbuy will not cover any repair work.

Love the French door and bottom freezer look. Wasn't sure I would like pull out freezer but love the fact you don't have to dig for food. The frig part visually looked small but surprisingly very roomy. Always plenty of ice but does leak into drip tray no matter how careful. Only negative but will call warranty.

Door is crooked and to large for space I have it pulled out or doors will not open

LOVE this fridge. Plenty of room in all sections.. Ice maker is the only exception....soooo slow. Takes 2 minutes to stand there and get a cup of crushed ice from the door. Also, ice maker only makes 12 cubes in 90 min. Very small ice bin. NOT for partys!! Rest of fridge and freezer is GREAT!!! LOVE IT.

Best fridge I've ever owned, but given this is the first time I paid over $800 for one, that's not a lot of competition. Love everything about it... except: 1) Pours out ice slowly, yet shoots water so fast that every time I go for water I have to wipe the fridge/floor down. 2) Developed a rattle within the first month of operation. These are admittedly minor flaws, but when you spend some money and plan to live with something for a long time, these jump out. Would choose another fridge if I had known. Sorry to say that. Still, everything else is good.

Very spacious and very nice looking appliance. The unit fit well and seems to be doing just fine. Ice cube maker is a bit small but good tradeoff for the space.

Where do I start. Good looks and convenience but it ends there. The drawer slides are all broken with normal use. The far and away worst detail is the ice maker. It freezes over and blocks delivery of ice causing us to use manual 'forced defrost' and a hair dryer set to no heat. I'm told a new thermistor could help but the ice tray is also busted up as it freezes to the side fo the compartment.
