We are very pleased with our Samsung refrigerator/freezer. We especially like the LED lighting inside. it's very bright which makes it easy to find items. We also like the Wide Open CoolSelect Pantry, a large drawer the width of the refrigerator that holds lots of meat, cheeses, and the like. There are no hot spots in either the frig or the freezer and there is ample room for everything we wish to store in it.

The refrigerator is the perfect size for our tight space, but has lots of room inside. It is very quiet, has great lighting, and all the feature we need. I didn't think we wanted water and ice dispenser, but it is very nice too.

bought all kitchen appliances plus a washer and dryer, still getting used to them since I haven't bought any for 24 years.

So excited to get my new refrigerator, love the bottom drawer freezer and the drawers for my veggies. I'm a vegan so this was a must!!

I originally picked abnormal size fridge that did not fit through my hallway. I then picked this fridge and it's nice and fits well in my kitchen. The other would have been too imposing. I feel like there is plenty of room in both the top and freezer bottom. The ice maker did not work at delivery but Best Buy replaced it very easily.

My only concern about this refrigerator is that the water doesn't come out cold enough out of the dispenser, you'll have to get some ice out if you really like cold water like me. One of the reason i got me this refrigerator was cause of the water filter, I used to buy bottles of water before, now if you look at it this way , you'll save some money and time by no longer having to buy water.. Good buy over all

My wife wanted a counter-depth refrigerator. ( We have limited space in a small kitchen.) I wanted a Samsung because of their reputation for quality. With this unit, we both got what we wanted. The counter-depth unit is a bit more expensive than the standard unit even though the standard unit has more cubic-feet of space. But, in spite of the additional expense, we are very happy with our selection.

I had very few choices to fit my condo refrigerator opening, and I also wanted ice/water thru the door, a bottom freezer, and white to match existing appliances. This refrigerator met my requirements and fits perfectly in the condo space because of its counter depth. The downside is the limited shelving space inside the doors where I like to store my condiments, dressings, etc.

I've had this refrigerator for 3 months now. I was debating between the Samsung and the LG. I chose the Samsung because of its nice look. I don't like the fact that if you open the left door where the water is you have to open the right door as well. Also the ice maker makes an extreme amount of noise. After you get ice water continues to drip out of the ice chute and makes water spots all over the ice area. If I were to do it again I probably would not have chose Samsung and went with LG.

Easy access to all shelves. LED lighting is very bright and looks super. I liked the fact that the cooling system is the latest technology on the market and also low energy use.

This is a great fridge, and the price made it even better.

I chose cabinet depth and was surprised how small it was it was. There were none this size on display.

The fridge itself works fine, but not real happy with a few things. The doors do not close easily, or on their own. Instead it has an annoying alarm that goes off if the doors are open for very long. Can not take out the vegie drawers for cleaning. Very small on the inside.

Functions as good as it looks and is very quiet. Would by again.

Like the bigger ice storage than LG model. Like two drawer vegetable storage instead of 3 small drawers. Doesn't seem as sturdy construction

it fits perfectly, ice is cold and quick to freeze, looks good, kids have not broken it yet. i dont know if it is my water pressure or just this water dispenser but it fills up glasses quick but in the process there is a little splash out of the glass if you do not hold the cup at a slight angle. bottom line it works, the price at the time of purchase made this a good value. delivery worked out well, and we are happy with the purchase
