I bought my Samsung refrigerator about 2-3 weeks ago i love the fact it has no handles so no finger prints and it is very spacious the option of using the draw as a freezer or chiller is a cool option very family friendly

This refrigerator replaces our 30 cu ft dream of a fridge that died after 3 years. So, we had to find a new one. While we loved the regular size fridge we had, we reluctantly decided to go with a counter depth to save a little room. And with no handles jutting out, this one is fabulous. I do have trouble fitting milk jugs where I want them, and I think there is a lot of wasted vertical space in the design. There just aren't too many shelf configuration choices. However, I'm adjusting. Keep in mind that the doors do not always close on their own, so kids have to be reminded to check that the freezer door is not slightly ajar. Otherwise, the fridge is a solid choice. I'm hoping it will last, as my experience with Samsung customer service (for my washer/dryer) has not been stellar. But, Samsung was the only manufacturer with such a sleek, no handle design.

Due to limited space between the kitchen island and refrigerator we searched for a counter depth refrigerator with features like a separate deli drawer and internal auto refilling water pitcher. This refrigerator has all of that, plus has no handles and it has a flat front which both help with space. There is limited room for tall items but everything is easily accessible. The center drawer is a fantastic option and I can't imagine having another refrigerator without it. Temperature settings are conveniently located. I have not tried the wifi module.

Nice counter depth fridge. Looks custom. Plenty of room. Much better then our side by side. Still collects finger prints quickly. Just keep a micro-fiber cloth close by and no problem.

After purchasing this refrigerator from another "locally owned" appliance store was informed that it was in back order for 3 months (would have been nice to know since I was told it would take 7-10 days to come in). So I went to Best Buy and was told we could have it in 3 days. Could not be happier with the fridge! Counter top depth gives it a nice built in look. I was worried about the interior space, but was impressed how good the layout is, especially with the flex drawer. We have another Samsung fridge that is 28 cu ft that we moved to the laundry room, and feel the new one uses better space than the bigger one. Extremely happy!!

Bought this frig bc it was the only 1 available at the time and my contractor needed the appliances. I was shocked on the size and the amount of space I have inside. And I thought I was not going to like not having handles... but I love it. I am able to open; both doors without having handles hitting the counters. The middle drawer is perfect for deli and yogurts, cottage cheese, small things that always seem to get shoved in the back and the water pitcher on the door allowed me to get rid of my Brita

We love almost everything about this refrigerator. We have had it for a few weeks now. It is very quiet and we love the auto water pitcher inside the fridge. My only complaint so far is that it collects fingerprints quickly. I am constantly wiping this thing, but I do have 4 kids. On a positive note it wipes down super easy without being streaky!

Love my refrigerator fits in kitchen perfect it is counter depth and very sleek. Lots of space and compartments. The only reason 4 stars is the ice maker is a bit small and ice has jammed a few times also suppose to be fingerprint resistant not really But does clean up very easy.

Love the look and function of the refrigerator. The ice maker is loud The top freezer drawer doesn't roll as smooth as I think it should. Love the finish, however you still get fingerprints. That said, I still love my new refrigerator!

I have had this fridge for a year and a half now. Luckily for me I got the 5 year protection plan, which is a must for this unit. To begin with the look and design of this fridge is great. It is very functional and we'll thought out inside and uses the little space it does have very well. I also love the handle Less look and it really gives that pop in the kitchen of being seemless. No issues with that. The unit itself though is another story. I have had to have Best buy come out 4 times now to fix this unit. First the finish got a blemish on it very easy within the first few months of me having it ( which Samsung and bestbuy refused to fix btw) The Samsung logo has completely fallen off, and actually this has happened with my other Samsung appliances as well. Not a big deal on the logo, but still come on Samsung use some better adhesive. The ice maker on this unit is a joke. Not only has it broken twice and they had to replace the whole thing it literally will get you 3 cups of ice before being depleted and makes ice very slow. That being said I am not a big ice user at all and I knew the ice maker was small when purchasing this unit and was ok with that at the time. A year and a half later even I get annoyed with how little ice it makes. I had to buy a stand alone ice maker just to have as a backup. The water pitcher in the door seems like a great idea but 2 issues with it. First it grows mold very quickly in the top piece and it needs to be checked constantly. Second no matter what you do don't put it in the dishwasher (even on the top shelf) to clean it. Mine was on the top shelf and it melted. Just cheap. Then the final straw my freezer and middle door are not cooling. I have a call in for these but at this point I am seriously considering getting a whole new set of appliances. I have even not been happy with the stove and dishwasher from Samsung I have. Long story short first time Samsung appliances buyer and also last time Samsung appliance buyer. Go with LG or Whirlpool.

What can I say! No fingerprints, finally!!!! I never understood the fascination with stainless steel. I hated my old, new( 5 year old) fridge. You could just look at it and it would get a fingerprint. The compressor went out and they wanted $500 for the labor and 1 month to fix the warranty item. So I have upgraded to the black stainless fingerprintless steel! It is perfect, and does not look that bad with the other stainless appliances. Love the middle drawer. We use it for drinks. Another great feature is the water pitcher in the door with auto fill. We are limited with our kitchen design so we need a counter depth fridge. This fridge still has plenty of room on the inside for large items and is easy to reconfigure. So far the only con I see is that the manual says that I should turn off the water line before I change the water filter. I have never had to do this with my old LG. So that would mean pulling the fridge out to get the water valve, when Samsung made such a nice door inside in the front to change out the filter. Makes no sense.. All in all a 5 star fridge, even if I have to pull it out every 4 or 5 months. It will remind me to vacuum behind the fridge ;-)

We were looking for another counter depth fridge to replace our current Samsung. This one struck our eye right away. There's no handles on the fridge which gives it a nice clean look. After configuring the shelving we're finally happy with the storage space inside. The middle flex drawer is good for cold cuts, drinks etc. The freezer is your typical one shelf over the base to give you two areas for frozen goods. Very happy with purchase.

Very roomy. Love the bottom freezer, counter depth and automatic refill pitcher inside. Dislike that it shows fingerprints!

I love the flex drawer - very handy. Freezer is easy to keep organized. I like the nice wide shelves in the doors. Does not show fingerprints but areas look like smears, so it’s hard to keep the outside looking clean.

Our previous Samsung was noisy. This model you can’t hear it run, so quite. Love the features and it has more room then the previous Samsung refrigerator. Love the xtra drawer as we fill with beverages. The only thing I have a neg comment on is it’s suppose to be finger print resistant but it’s not. You can see finger prints but they wipe off easily. Also love not having handles on the refrigerator as it gives it a very sleek look.

I love this fridge. It has some great features. But a few drawbacks. First off it has great capacity for a counter depth fridge. One reason for this is the great utilization of space. For example, my favorite feature, the auto filling water jug built into the door. I also love the adjustable middle door. I can use if for extra fridge or freezer space. The drawbacks are that it has a very small ice maker, so you use up its capacity quickly. The other is the most perplexing to me. Why make a fridge with no handles, but not make it fingerprint resistant? For the cost of this fridge, it should've been a given. The last thing is just a wierd design choice. You cant hang magnets on the doors. All in all its a good fridge.

Can't help but view "smart fridges" as anything but a gimmick. This fridge has all the new-age features we wanted but without the extra stuff. Although it has a tiny bit less cubic footage than our previous side-by-side fridge, the difference in usable storage space is night and day. The french doors are incredible, and the flexible pull-out drawer is genius (we're currently using it for beverages and it's so handy to accecss sodas. waters, beers easily). The only potential gimmick is one I personally love - an integrated pitcher of water with a fruit infuser and auto-fill. I chop up a lemon, throw it in the infuser, and drink cold flavored water all week. It's great! Also the freezer having a drawer is nice as well for easy-access items. I wish it moved a little easier, but this is hardly a major complaint. Also the style without external handles is infinitely cool. We were afraid it would be a little too modern for our kitchen but it fits in great. I'm surprised by how much I can love a fridge, but here we are.

Love the fridge, because it does not have handles(does't take extra spaces in your kitchen). Love the middle drawer. Love the autofill brew water tank in the fridge. Love the adjustable shelf.

I like the modern, clean lines of this fridge but extremely disappointed in Samsung's ice maker design. I've had this fridge for little over a year and the ice maker stopped working and I am 1 month out of the manufacturer warranty. Looking online this is a known issue with these Samsung ice makers. For this price point I would expect to have all the features working for more than 1 year!
