The fingerprint resistance was essential for my wife. She is so pleased with everything. It all looks wonderful. A happy wife is a happy life indeed.

Everything about this unit is special. The four doors, filtered water and inside pitcher, as well as the adjustable flex-zone. And it's all wrapped up in a stainless steel finish.

We love it, doors open wide for easy access to all compartments, the auto fill pitcher is awesome! Everything stays organized.

Excellent except for very slow delivery of water from the dispenser.

Love the small drawer for deli meats, cheeses etc. easy access without opening the large doors. The interiors filtered water carafe is great. Automatic fill every time you use it.

Had a fancy LG go through 2 compressors in less than three years. Decided to try Maytag for reliability. It’s a much better fridge for a lot less money

My second 4 Door Flex French Door Samsung refrigerator. The third drawer is perfect. Replaced only because of move.

Good alternative for some fridges that are too expensive

Went in looking at pricing refrigerators and ended up purchasing. Couldn't beat the deal they had. Absoultely love everything about it, especially the in door water dispenser.

My wife was a little concerned about not having handles but it hasn't been a problem. Plus, the self-filling water pitcher is awesome, we added some fruit and the kids love it.

This refrigerator not only looks great but it performs too! Ample shelving that can adjust, water and ice maker on the outside, and tons of room. Great product.

Lots of room, and keeps the food fresh and cold EVEN in power outages (so far!) I have had NO issues with the ice maker, which i know has been an issue, even with 4 hour power outages. (ice melting etc. etc.) I would recommend this fridge if you are in the market. It doesnt have a large ice capacity so when there are parties you must get a few bags, but thats a minor inconvenience.

I really like this french fridge, it's modern look goes great with my decor. I love the built in handles, the flex door and I found it to be affordable.

3 months, the control panel broke down and several functions not working. Support does not make it easy. Used Chat, they asked me to try few things and finally asked me to open a service ticket (They did not do it, I had to do it online). 2 days later, no response from samsung. Called them and gave the ticket number. We had to start trying things all over again with no success. Got a new ticket number (why?) Now waiting for 24 hours before an expert can call us. Basically they will go to any extent to prevent sending a technician. No respect to client's experience. I understand that issues happen, but providing a bad service experience for the client only deserve a 1 star.

The salesperson was helpful and the delivery went smooth. It is perfect fit for our space. It seems to do a much better job than our old one. We are grateful to have it.

I’ve only had this refrigerator a short time, but so far I love it! It not only looks beautiful, I love the inside lighting.
