So far everything has been awesome with the fridge, it initially was dented but Best Buy’s customer service came through and delivered a new one ASAP!

Lots of space, bright lights. Like the multiple storage options and arrangement. BB gave me $858 credit 16 days after we bought it and it was on sale.

The staff was very helpful when deciding in a big purchase and was very pleased. definitely recommend it.

We didnt have it long, we switched it for a different becsuse the ice machine was producing ice slow. But did like it for the time being.

Replaced an old side by side. The stainless steel finish repels finger prints very well. The drawer is great for drinks and snacks.

Very happy with this fridge. Plenty of storage configurations and the freezer as a good amount of space.

This refrigerator is average, except for the ice maker. The ice maker constantly freezes up. At times you have to take a hair dryer to melt all the ice in order for it to work again. This is, mind you, AFTER Samsung sent out a tech to "repair" it. The icemaker is a part of a class action lawsuit, which appears to be at a standstill at this point in time. I do not recommend this refrigerator at all because of the ice maker. I give this two stars because the auto-fill pitcher is fabulous! I wish other brands would add this feature.

Have had this for some time now but have had no problem with it. Has a luxury feel and look. I recommend it.

We were replacing a twenty plus year old Maytag, it paid its way but was dead. So making a decision on our next refrigerator would be tough. I am a medical device engineer my wife is, well picky, we wanted something that would do the trick for us both and fit into our kitchen. What a find. Samsung products have always worked well their flat screens are top notch, their Li-po batteries are the best. This refrigerator with the black stainless skin and no handle doors are perfect. The inside is very well designed, lots of room and very good movement to the draws just feels quality. The self closing middle and freezer compartments are smooth as silk. We noticed other complaints about the water/ice compartments, no problems at all. I do wish the ice cubes were a little larger two make up for one larger one. There was some issues with delivery but that is water under the bridge. We would highly recommend this refrigerator.
