Great product. Love the doors and drawers layout - plus the built-in water pitcher gets more use than expected. Excellent - highly recommend!

Great space and didn’t think I needed the Walter filter but ended up loving it. Only issue for me is the freezer drawer goes ajar sometimes

This fridge offers ample space, storage and personal options. Soooo, you think when the ice drops into the bin you wouldn’t be able to hear it in rooms other than the kitchen — LOUD!

It's one star because we can't go lower. Originally I was going to give it 3 stars because it did keep food cold and the freezer colder. Ice maker and water worked as well. It did attract finger prints all over the front but you just wipe them daily. The door shelves were just a 'little' off so we just took one out. However, the refrigerator started making a noise and died. We bought it in July 2020 and in Jan 2021 it died. Loudly. 6 months of use. Of course, we lost all the food. We called Geek squad. It's still dead 13 days later. First technician they sent took 7 days. Walked in, grumbled it was off. SO we plugged in in and soon the loud noise was happening, he said it was normal. He called Samsung and did a 'reset', said it's fixed and said the now loud noise was normal since it's blowing cool air. (It's not for previous 6 months and left). 8 Hours later it's louder and hot. No temperature change. Called Geek squad. They sent someone out in 2 days. They walked in, said compressor. Pulled the refrigerator out and checked part numbers on the compressor, and set up order. Said parts would be dropped shipped, set appointment for 2 weeks later. Said to call if the parts show up earlier. So, the refrigerator is still dead. We are living out of a borrowed Yeti ice chest, buying ice every other day. It's like an extended camp out, yay us. Don't buy this. It died in 6 months, it's obviously garbage. Oh, the filter, which we just replaced, is exceptionally hard to replace and I had to call and ask Samsung which filter to buy because it's unclear everywhere online. I wouldn't even recommend this refrigerator to people I don't like.

Thus far we are very pleased with this unit. It does well with all of the manufacturers declared performance declarations.

Don't buy from Best Buy. After 6 months, I needed a water filter. The salesman lied about availability of sore brand filter, as they or Samsung filters were N/A thru Best Buy. Found on Ebay! Now the ice maker has quit working, and after almost two hours trying to reach Best Buy, they divert me to Samsung and I have to wait for a third party to come to my home in a few days. Been over a week W/O ice.

This refrigerator is one the best purchases I've ever made. The unit is quiet and very efficient. The shelving is very flexible and it is able to handle everything we need to store. This is a great product. And the Tuscan Stainless Steel finish is truly fingerprint resistant.

The design is good, but the execution suffers. The skin is little more substantial than Reynolds wrap. After less than two months in our kitchen there are two dings in the fridge. And the inside is not much better. The freezer storage tray does not align with its track and requires constant attention. This machine is not worth the money we spent.

Beautiful refrigerator that works like a champ!! I love that it is hard to see fingerprints. Great buy for sure.

Second Samsung refrigerator I have owned. Both ice makers were garbage. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because Samsung did make it right.

I love my new Samsung refrigerator with all the up-to-date technology it comes with. Strongly recommend it.

my husband and kids like the pitcher inside and that its always full and cold. I like how it knows to fill itself up when someone uses it.

Love it except can't get as many tall items in it as the old fridge. Still haven't figured out the best use for the middle section, but we will. The counter depth size looks great. Regular fridge stuck out like a casket in the kitchen. Expensive, but each day I'm happy with it, vs paying less for something I hate. Buy it only IF your budget can afford it.

Overall, this is a very nice refrigerator with one major flaw. After about a year, the icemaker started freezing up almost monthly. It would require me to go in and chisel the ice out to get it running again. Now the icemaker is making a loud sound. I truly believe that the icemaker was defective from the manufacturer in the sense that it wasn't built to last over a year. I see that Samsung now advertises their refrigerators with a two year warranty on the icemaker. I think that many people have had this problem.

Love the fact that it’s counter-depth. Saves room in the kitchen and everything else about it is awesome.

So far so good. Love the storage of this counter depth fridge. The water pitcher is a bonus.
