There are three separate temperature controls but the middle drawer you can only select settings for what type of things you are using it for. We want to use for this meat which it has but it does not work as well as our other Panasonic for meat. The other thing we are not happy with is the freezer has a pull out drawer which often gets off it s track. The Refrigerator works well and we especially like the water and ice dispenser. It has a pitcher of cold water it stores as well which we like.

If we have 2-3 people needing ice, it runs out incredibly quickly. Additionally the ice grinder is not functioning perfectly. Connectivity: Everywhere on Samsung's website it says this refrigerator does not have any of the wifi connectivity however there is an available Refrigerator wifi that always exists within my home. Not sure why I can't connect to it or disable it, but its very annoying.

Ice Maker has flawed design

Purchased this Refrigerator in early 2018 and Samsung has had repair people out 4 times regarding the ice maker not working. They replaced it 3 times and each time it breaks again. Inside of ice maker is made of plastic, breaks apart when you get crushed ice then you have plastic pieces in your crushed ice.

It "makes sense." The extra drawer works perfectly for storing yogurt, fruit cups, drinks. Easy to find and for the kids to reach.

Size is perfect, color is perfect, same capacity of my old fridge but this is counter depth which is needed for my small kitchen. Only negative is the conditioning of the water filter at time of set up - lots of water and ice wasted following their protocol, as well as reducing the time left on the filter.
