Great Fridge so far!

Love the middle drawer for lunch meat and cheeses. I like the adjustable height of shelf on the right. Happy to have fridge on bottom instead of too skinny side-by-side that was too deep and too skinny to keep track of things in the back. Ice maker is working fine so far.

Fine product, but endless problems

After nearly 6 months, thankfully, I have had an extended warranty with Best buy because I have had to ask them for repairs on 2 occasions. The first was shortly after the product was installed and I lost all of the contents of my freezer, due to power fluctuated and the refrigerator refused to turn itself back on. The second time was a few months after that service call. the Geek Squad then replaced the circuit board. When it happened again while I was out of town and the total contents was lost (what a smell upon returning). Again a new circuit board and many apologies. The is a beautiful fridge with wonderful features but completely undependable. I have learned to live with it and every time there is a power loss in South Florida, which is common, I run to the fridge and check if it is running. If not I unplug and replug which reboots it's circuits and we are fine again until the next power loss. I have become close friends with the Geek Squad. How many circuit board replacements must happen before Samsung finally redesigns them to solve the underlying problem.

Love the pull out drawer for snacks and drinks. Just starting using the water/juice container and love that too. The flexibility for taller containers is a must and having two shelves that are flexible is a necessary and valuable use of space. So far, I'm very pleased with it's function and performance.

The Samsung keeps food at a constant appropriate temperature and fits perfectly in our kitchen. We really like the pull-out deli drawer, where the controls for the refrigerator are very conveniently placed.

Ice maker is not working

Water is not chilled. Ice maker not working. It gives you a QR code for You Tube videos to help with the problem, and boy oh boy .... all the videos talk about what a piece of crap the ice maker is. The rest of the refrigerator seems good, tho.

Waste of money/bad freezer

(1 day after the Best Buy return or exchange day) and this fridge has stopped working. Specifically the freezer and flex drawer. All my food is soft and squishy :( I love the way it looks which is why only 1 star (I would give zero at this point if I really could)... . Hoping that maybe Samsung can do something about it :( waste of money.

The icemaker freezes over and will not make ice until it is defrosted. I have to defrost it at least once a month! I've heard of more issues but this is the only issue I have personally experienced myself. I am currently shopping for a new refrigerator, which I will probably purchase from Best Buy. It's not their fault Samsung built and continues to sell this defective model.
