Love the black stainless! This is a counter depth fridge so we had to give up some depth compare to our previous one so that's been a little bit of an adjustment for us. Overall, we really like this fridge and the "beer drawer" and the in door, self-filling water pitcher are two of our favorite features!

We are very pleased with this Samsung -22.6 Cu. Ft. 4-Door Flex French Door Refrigerator. We had no problems exchanging it from the larger one to this one, which is a perfect size for our kitchen. The color, depth, finish and overall appearance is just perfect. We LOVE it. We look forward to completing the set.

Looks great and functions fine for a fridge but one thing I HATE is the tension on the doors. You literally need to slam the doors in order for them to close. These constantly "bounce" back open and then I hear a dinging in my kitchen 5 minutes later saying the fridge is open. It drives me nuts. Everything else is great honestly, but these doors are something else.

This is by far the worst refrigerator I've ever had. Its been broke since I brought it had it replace once and everything form the control unit to the freezer bottom going out twice. Purchased the service plan and now the parts are 2 weeks behind on coming in so during COVID when we are storing food to stay home Im without a freezer. PLEASE I WARN STAY A WAY FROM THIS MODEL!!!! DON'T BUY !!!!

About a year after purchase ice maker froze up would not produce ice cubes. Geek squad repaired. Lasted another 2 yrs. Thankful I bought the extended warranty. Now have been trying to get repaired again under warranty. Everybody is nice over the phone no problems it's when it comes to getting it repaired one problem after another. Talk to geek squad rep new what the problem was scheduled repair. Rep from rep came out with only an idea no parts. Ordered parts rescheduled for the next week. Called on service morning to check what time they would be out was told "tech called in sick" and would have to reschedule. Five mins after call get an email saying service provider needed to talk. Called was told my service tech would not be out called in sick. Wow was already told that. I will never by a Samsung product again. Cheaply made. Plus I am not very happy with Best Buy now either.

Ice Maker ices over almost every day in and freezer seems to defrost constantly.

Net, net.... Ice Maker design is flawed. It has been nothing but a problem. The technician installed the new “fix” parts as a result of Massive issues for this model with this particular ice maker. After several tries to fool me by replacing with extract ice maker parts, Samsung took the opportunity to provided excellent customer service by by providing an accommodation, exchanging for replacement. This issue is, the model we need and want has the same ice maker. I would google Class action lawsuit and your model number.

Great fridge. The finish is amazing. Read a lot of reviews about the ice machine breaking on samsung refrigerators and I have yet to have a problem.

Ice maker broke in less then a year. Stick to TV'S Samsung!

Overall I like this refrigerator very much but getting used to the two door + drawer design takes a while. I wish there was more space for tall bottles.

I absolutely love this Refrigerator From the no finger prints stainless Tuscan finish to the spacious pull out drawer freezer. I like the fact that at a glance you can see all the temperatures that light up. I like the alarm that sounds if you leave the door open too long.

Bought as a floor model. Works very well. I have no complaints regarding its function. Only the filter is irritating. It's a proprietary, sometimes hard to get item. You have to be careful when replacing it. My old Samsung was a breeze to chang. This one requires you to turn off water supply or else...

First fridge froze everything. Had to discard. Costly due to amount of food lost When I called to report very helpful and new one delivered. No allowance for lost food

We love the sleek look of the fridge with no handles. The flex zone is great for storing different types of things. The freezer id huge and with the sliding shelf in it we won't be filling it up. Love the extra water pitcher inside the door that automatically fills when it is placed back inside.

An efficient appliance with a nice appearance. I would recommend.

Very modern fridge! It is perfect and has a lot of space

The first time I need to use my 5 year warranty which was not insignificant in cost, I cannot get Samsung to help me. Once again victim to appliance support as my freezer does not work and once again I’m out significant cost.

Ice maker keeps freezing up preventing ice from being disbursed, and me having to manually unplug and defrost to be able to pull out ice tray compartment.
