It’s good look refrigerator with ice water, cubic ice and crash ice dispenser. I like the 2 separate drawers under French door that I can set up different temperature. What I don’t like about this refrigerator is the shelies can’t be adjust. And it might be the Korean size not good for American Dairy and groceries. I can not place lots of my stuff vertically, like milk, bottle coffee creamer, beers.

Everything expected I’ve only had this refrigerator a few weeks. And it’s everything I expected. Nice bright interior With Izzy to use controls.

Love no handles as it matches other brands of appliances.

Great refrigerator. The flex zone is perfect for storing your beverages. The interior water pitcher that you can infusion with flavor, is awesome. So easy to have lemon flavored water all day long. It alone makes the purchase of the fridge perfect.

What a beautiful refrigerator. I love the black stainless, and the No handles look. It is my first fridge with a dedicated deli drawer., and it’s so convenient. The crushed ice is a soft ice as found in fountain drinks.

Am more than satisfied with the quality and service of all the appliances purchased. The store personnel made a very professional and enjoyable shopping experience. All the way around completely more than satisfied and would recommend to anyone.

It is beautiful. But it wouldn’t cool, so I had to return and get a new one. Best Buy is awesome and was very helpful.

One of the worst experiences in our life. I am regretting my decision of buying from best buy and would not recommend anyone else to buy. We received broken dishwasher and it took forever to get the refrigerator which was also defective. We are still waiting for the fridge to get delivered

Good size for family of four. Drawers come in handy. Alerts you if you leave any door open. Good lighting

Could not have picked a better appliance. Looks great, clean and reliable. 3 years later and no issues. They have done a great job compartmentalizing the zones to allow easy organization.

We love our new refrigerator. It is a very nice design. The snack draw has been a great feature for all of our items we use often. I also love the pitchers refill option. All around great product. Samsung was thinking about the family when they built this one.

I have only had my refrigerator for 1 month. It is very compact and not oversized which I like. I also like the French doors and the extra drawer. So far so good.

Nice trim and color Space is an issue Finger marks can be all over the place Kinda expensive compared to other brand

We've owned this for 2 years now. Zero complaints. The ice maker did freeze/back up once, i was able to free and melt the jam with a hair dryer. Outside is easy to clean. Love the inside storage. Overall, great refrigerator.

Nice looking refrigerator but automatic pitcher water filler stopped working after 2 years

just got this fridge delivered and i love it! True to the picture. One note, if you are putting it in a tight space account for the door opening. We do have an issue with that, but its not the fridge its the measurement we took.

the refrigerator is condensating inside so everything is full of water. the doors are not mounted correctly. one is lower than the other by half an inch
