Once again victim to appliance support as my freezer does not work and once again I’m out significant cost.

The flex zone is perfect for storing your beverages. The interior water pitcher that you can infusion with flavor, is awesome. So easy to have lemon flavored water all day long. It alone makes the purchase of the fridge perfect.

I love the black stainless, and the No handles look. It is my first fridge with a dedicated deli drawer., and it’s so convenient. The crushed ice is a soft ice as found in fountain drinks.

I am regretting my decision of buying from best buy and would not recommend anyone else to buy. We received broken dishwasher and it took forever to get the refrigerator which was also defective. We are still waiting for the fridge to get delivered

The snack draw has been a great feature for all of our items we use often. I also love the pitchers refill option. All around great product. Samsung was thinking about the family when they built this one.

The ice maker did freeze/back up once, i was able to free and melt the jam with a hair dryer. Outside is easy to clean. Love the inside storage. Overall, great refrigerator.

One note, if you are putting it in a tight space account for the door opening. We do have an issue with that, but its not the fridge its the measurement we took.
