This refrigerator was exactly what I was looking for ( sleek-modern look with flat doors & no door handles..and the black stainless finish is awesome!

Not only does this fridge keep your food cold, this color is amazing! Stainless is ok but THIS is just gorgeous! The water pitcher that magically refills is a huge bonus and amazing party trick! Best fridge I have purchased in my life!

We got this to replace an old refrigerator that came with our vacation condo. It looks beautiful, runs quietly willing was important because we have a very open floor plan and has plenty of space. Easy operation and I love the location of the controls.

The delivery was a big headache the delivery was scheduled for July 7th we didn’t get it until the 15th

Terrible service, once we got it back to house. We plugged it in 2 days later frig didn't work. Tried to call Samsung to get it fix, and so its been going on. They can't fix it, replace an other frig. And frig that's replace doesn't work either. Now its too late to return this firg first bought .

Ice maker has very small capacity. Family of 4 runs out of ice daily. Disappointed door swing does not adjust so Cannot take advantage of flushing refrigerator doors evenly with countertops.

This fridge is freakin beautiful! Also its incredibly functional. I only wish it was 6 inches deeper. The ice maker on mine works fine and I dont see a ton of finger prints on the finish. Love it! 5 out of 5. Would reccomend.

Family of five with a smaller footprint kitchen, and this fridge is perfect for our needs. Slide out drink drawer for kids is convenient. Also has a self refilling water pitcher, which is awesome. Shallow/handleless design gives much needed extra room in kitchen

Great for a counter depth fridge. We wanted a larger one but didn’t fit. This one is very nice and love the water pitcher feature

We recently moved and had to purchase a new fridge. This was our second Samsung fridge and was definitely an upgrade. First, it has the extra drawer which keeps beverages extra cold or whatever you need. Next it has an awesome automatic refill water pitcher. I highly recommend it!

The only reason I didn't give this 5 stars is because there is not enough shelving for tall items.

Best refrigerator ever! We had one in our condo and when we moved bought the same one again. My favorite part is the pull out water pitcher that refills itself.

excellent service by all customer support team from initial sales person to delivery men. Overall, a fair price for a product that was difficult to find due to appliance shortages.

I don't know where to begin. I bought this refrigerator along with a new washer and dryer of the same maker thinking it would be nice to have matching appliances. Let's start with the ice master; the only thing this is a master of is mastering wasting your time by constantly having to pull out your hairdryer weekly to dethaw the clump of ice and frost that builds-up on the bottom of the ice tray preventing new ice from being made. There is a class-action lawsuit against Samsung for this poor design. (That's how bad it is) Beyond the icemaker, the freezer drawer never gets cold enough to keep ice cream frozen. All of my frozen foods are unevenly thawed/frozen it's awful! I've tried putting everything on the coldest settings nothing has helped. Don't buy this terrible creation!

Awesome fridge! The auto refill auto pitcher is amazing. Water/ice/crushed ice feature is simple and all you need. Love how sleek this looks in my kitchen. Delivery service was amazing too.

We won't be installing these in a "too be remodeled kitchen" for some time but, the salesman was terrific to work with and helped us chose the perfect options. First time buyer of appliances at Best Buy. Jerry

This fridge is great. Great lighting and organization and the black is still magnetic! Love the 48 oz filtered water container. No problems with ice maker, but I got the geek squad protection just in case after looking at all the reviews.

Ice maker does not make ice fast enough. A family of four can not fill four glasses of ice for dinner without running out. We have to buy bagged ice every weekend or we go without.

The best!!! We replaced our refrigerator it was the one that came with our house when we moved in. We waited to buy a new frig until the old one finally started braking down. Best decision ever :-)
