Only issue is it has ran to cold in the ice chest once but easily fixed by defrosting the box. Working great now.

They set it up and took away my old Refrigerator ( that was working) told me it would take 24 hrs to cool but I could put food in it after 2 hrs . It did not! I had to throw out all my food and my medication for glaucoma! Its been all most 3 weeks now and Best Buy has not made things right! and still don't have a refrigerator I called Samsung they told me the refrigerator was out of warranty.

Water pitcher with auto-fill is awesome. Read another review about the noisy ice-maker. It does not bother us at all but you can hear it.

Started leaking internally after a month

Samsung support is terrible, but fortunately I'm still within the Best Buy return window. Would not recommend this, or really any Samsung appliance to anyone.

I tried to send it back but was little late. Have to live with this crap for many years now. Dont fall in trap of pitcher and all.... we have not used it at all so far. The one with 4 doors would have been much better.

Beautiful looking and works great. Only negative are the shelves, not a great spot for milk and liquids.

The ice maker dispenser is a problem. The ice does not come down directly into the glass. It shoots out randomly cubes and crushed at the same time (even though it is set on cubes) resulting in ice being shot onto the floor. Very annoying.
