Installers were rude, broke my brand new kick plateon my brand new flooring bc of using dolley when the first best buy people who broight frig said best buy didnt use dollies. Will never buy samdumg again ans probable wont purchase any major appliances from best buy again. I am on repair appt #2 ans thwy qill not ussue a bew dishwasher bc its policy. I paid for a new dishwasher not an already used one with new parts. Ridiculous
