We bought this refrigerator for our brand new home. Within 4 months Ice and water dispenser on door stopped working. Calling with Samsung care and technician was not good as well. Their technicians are rude with their customer. The technician came to fix it didn’t had any idea what was he looking. I don’t have faith on Samsung anymore. I would never buy any Samsung Products.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have now had to put in my 5th (and hopefully final) request for repair for the ice maker in this unit to be replaced as it is yet again over freezing and then thawing ice into the fridge itself. I would not recommend this fridge to anyone BEWARE. Geek Squad has been responsive which is the only upside to all of this.

Finally they agreed to replace it with a new one. This is my second one and having same issues again. The ice machine only makes a few cubes then stops working. The auto fill water pitcher stopped working. The water dispenser stopped working.
