    Gorgeous refrigerator and Best Buy did an excellent job delivering it but The fridge has a known defect where the in door water pitcher leaks when being poured. It’s a small thing b7t for the amount this appliance costs you Samsung should stand by its product. trying to get Samsung to fix this has been a nightmare, I’m in warranty but they refuse to replace the pitcher and only offer to sell me another for $106.00. Samsung does not stand buy their appliances and I would avoid them at any cost,

    Samsung refrigerator is small and sleek looking. However. The ice maker needed to be serviced 2x since i got the apploance. It was no woth the money

    So this is a great fringe IF you don’t have kids and fingerprints. We bought the stainless steel and I spend way toooooo much time cleaning smudges off. Also, the ice has been getting stuck as it is dumped into the ice bin so that’s annoying because we have to jam a butter knife into the ice to loosen it up. The shelving and door shelving isn’t really accommodating for tall containers so we’ve had to get creative with placement. There is no egg bin whatsoever unless I haven’t figured that out yet. The inner water pitcher is awesome. The flex drawer is awesome. The counter depth is awesome. But I honestly don’t know if I’d buy again because of all the little annoying things.

    This model has horrible ice maker,small ice bin started freezing up after 11 months had to defrost weekly until finally gave up on ice maker.Would not suggest purchasing this model.

    We have had this refrigerator for 13 months. I give this refrigerator 1 star because it looks nice. That being said, we have been waiting for our refrigerator to be fixed for 8 weeks! It is totally out of service. We have been living out of a cooler. The technician (Samsung authorized service tech) comes every few weeks and is unable to fix it. We are entitled to a review for a replacement after 30 days... That was 19 days ago and the Geek Squad Special Forces Claims Dept. has yet to reply. Very disappointed in Best Buy and the Geek Squad and especially Samsung Refrigerators.

    Less than one month after delivery and the ice maker doesn’t make ice and the water dispenser doesn’t dispense water. This is not okay!

    Recently remodeled and went with this counter depth refrigerator. I couldn't be more pleased! I was worried about lack of space but it has not been a problem! I was prepared to loose some space from my previously large capacity refrig but I am beyond happy with the space of this one. Love the design! I feel like I have more room because of the layout and design of this one. The middle drawer is great too! The water pitcher is a fun bonus! For our most recent party, we simply bought a bag of ice as I knew the limits of the ice maker and it was perfect! Wish I owned it sooner!

    I’ve had this refrigerator for 4.5 years now and there are several pros and cons which is why I gave it an average rating. As far as the mechanical aspects, everything still runs just fine and we’ve had no need for repairs. I love the middle drawer for extra space. Fits canned drinks perfectly. The interior is spacious and shelves can be moved around for “custom” set up. I don’t think I’ve ever run out of room. And I love the auto fill pitcher in the door. We didn’t think we’d ever use it but we do! Cons: this is definitely not fingerprint resistant. With two little ones and no handles, the outside is always covered in smudges. The other con is the freezer pull out. The drawer isn’t smooth at all and gets stuck sometimes. Even worse, the drawer within the freezer constantly comes off the tracks and I have to pop in back into place which is really loud and feels like you’re breaking something. I’ve pushed the freezer shut a few times thinking it was closed but turns out I left it just the tiniest bit open, small enough that the beep didn’t chime, and the stuff in my freezer started to thaw. So the freezer drawer definitely needs some work. Very wonky and rough and not smooth open and close at all. Overall, I would not purchase another Samsung refrigerator again.

    Great Frig, But...

    Have had ours for 8 months now. Great Frig. no handles to stick out, and lots of convenient storage. Do not forget, this is a cabinet-depth unit...so it is smaller than maybe your old frig. At month 1, the ice marker failed and froze-up. Samsung sent a local repair tech. and he troubleshot and thawed out the ice maker with a steam pot. Same problem in month 3 and same fix by local repair guy. Month 8 now, and ice maker froze up again. This time we turned off the ice-maker and thawed it out with a hair dryer and small tower under the maker assembly. Called Samsung and they agreed to have us go to our local Best Buy and select another Samsung frig. Our existing frig. costs $ 2700 so the ice maker should work with no troubles. But seems to be the weak component in another wise great frig. We are now waiting for the paperwork from Samsung and Best Buy and will plan to choose their "new" version of this frig. with slightly different freeze-doors layout BUT with a newly designed ice maker. Our new frig will take 1 month for delivery, but we get to continue to use our current one and the delivery guys will bring our new one and take back the old one. Good work on Samsung's part !!!

    Beware, the icemaker is notorious for breaking. I wish I had known that before buying. The overall fridge is good, I like the look, size, etc, however, the icemaker is a disaster. It freezes up constantly. Do a google search and you will see. Samsung knows about this and will not fix it.

    Product is good. Delivery was a nightmare! It took 5 different delivery times and multiple calls which went poorly. Unbelievable laziness and incompetence. However, the salesman was wonderful!

    I wish I researched the piece of garbage better before buying. The icemaker freezes up and stops working every 2 weeks. Service guy said there is no fix for problem.

    We purchased this refrigerator in 4/2018. Our prior refrigerator was a freezer on top that was around 15 years old. Cons: 1. The ice maker has never worked. As indicated by other reviews, the ice melts and then refreezes in the holder locking the whole thing up. Ice chunks and/or water randomly falls, runs and drips out of the dispenser. I finally just turned off the ice dispenser and stopped using it. I tried changing the temperature settings as recommended to other reviewers and it did NOT resolve the issue. I haven't tried yet to have it serviced to see if it can be fixed because I'm dreading that process. 2. The water dispenser is slow. We use the pitcher inside the door way more than I anticipated because it takes so long to fill a glass of water. 3. The drawer inside of the freezer is constantly coming off the track so it doesn't work smoothly. 4. If you open the door on the left as you are facing the fridge first, the flap doesn't completely open and then bangs on the other door when you try to close it. 5. Shelves aren't adjustable. I can't remember if I knew this before we purchased it or not. It is more inconvenient than I would have anticipated. The only place to put taller items such as half or gallon jugs is in the door slot or there is one shelf that slides open. This practically makes all of the space above that open shelf unusable. 6. We have the stainless steel finish and it fingerprints and streaks terribly. I hesitate to list this one since we had an idea this would happen when we purchased the refrigerator. It might help someone else though. It would also be nice if the bottom drawer would self close. The Samsung so far is a lot quieter which it should be when compared to a 15 year old refrigerator. This is except when we try to use the ice maker. It pops and cracks and drops ice as indicated above. We do like having the refrigerator on top although the freezer drawer could work better.
