Liked the features and operation until the icemaker started leaking at 4 months. De-iced, reset and got it going again. Two weeks later it was totally frozen. We had the extended warranty but after 30 min. Geek Squad they said call Samsung. One hour with Samsung they said "try de-icing" to which I said "are you kidding me"? They referred me to a 3rd party to repair who said, "Oh yes, Samsung has issued a service advisory on this model because the design is flawed, but we can be repair it". Question, why didn't Best Buy or Samsung let me know there is a known problem that is apparently wide spread. Great features, nice design, efficient layout, but bad ice-maker and poor service is very disappointing. Can't recommend.

DON'T EVEN BOTHER.
I bought this in 2020. In 2022 the Fridge started leaking water from the bottom, I literally had to replace my hardwood floors. One of the shelves broke, super bad quality. The ice maker is no longer working, and the controls in the middle drawer are not working either. Fridge is less than 5 years old. It dents super super easily! SERIOUSLY DON'T BUY THIS.

The refrigerator is fine, a good and efficient design. That being said the ice maker is junk.I would never buy this again. The refrigerator is just over a year old the ice maker has been replaced once, which solved nothing. I have to defrost the ice maker twice a week or it jams up. Samsung is obviously aware of the issue, I believe there is a class action law suit. Once the refrigerator was past warranty, customer service had zero interest in providing a solution. I would never buy anything made by Samsung again.

Ice maker replaced in 1st 6 months, now broken again, 1 year later. The service tech told we when he replaced the ice maker that Samsung products are the most repaired, in particular, this fridge. Also, does not clean up well, tons of smudges and marks, not like ALL of my other brand kitchen appliances. I contacted Samsung about this, like MANY others have stated in reviews all over the internet, they don't care. I will never ever ever ever buy another Samsung product. They all suck.

We had needed a new refrigerator as our old one was falling apart. I have really enjoyed the auto filling infusion pitcher. For times when you are on the run and need to fill a water bottle in a hurry, it is a quick way to get a lot of cold fresh water. On paper this refrigerator is smaller than my old one, but with the added Flexzone draw, I have better control. It is sleek and functional, and I didn't know what a new refrigerator would bring to the family, but it has been an unexpected surprise of versatility and design.

I really enjoy having a refrigerator with ice and water in the door. The 3rd drawer is just perfect for cheese and lunch meat etc so that the upper larger doors do not have to be opened. It might take me awhile to get used to how the doors and the inside drawers are opened - very different then I am used to.

The ice makers in these units break constantly. Parts supply is always a problem and even if you can get the parts, the repair is over $800! On top of that nobody will give you any warranty on parts and labor for the repair. That is how unreliable this otherwise beautiful refrigerator is!

The refrigerator fit the room perfectly. We liked the 3rd door for soda or lunchmeat etc. It was difficult to get used to how the doors opened - as well as the inside drawers, It is very silent. It is supposed to resist fingerprints - but I find that is not really ture.

Beware of "Built-in Look"

Refrigerator itself looks great; however, be cautious of the built-in look. The hinges of this refrigerator require clearance to open. Because of this you'll either need approximately 1.5"-2" of open space on each side of the refrigerator. This gives a gap between the outside fridge wall and the cabinet wall (no longer built-in look). To combat this, you can pull the unit further away from the wall but now you're losing the sleek look of a counter depth fridge. Even with a custom cabinet maker working to make the fridge look built-in these drawbacks exist. Incredibly disappointed of the look so buyer beware!

We bought this fridge along with 3 other Samsung appliances. This refrigerator is one of the best looking fridges on the market but it is not worth the headache that comes with the ice maker. It started about 6 months after we bought it, it just stopped dispensing ice. I removed he ice drawer and it was completely frozen up. After defrosting it worked great for about 3 months. Repeat that about 3 more times until I put it off for a little longer now I can't even get the ice drawer out. Now guess what?!?! A year has gone by so now its out of warranty. Awesome. Good luck getting through to Samsung customer service. As much as I love Samsung I don't think I will buy another appliance from them again. Very Frustrating

we like the idea of 4 door but have had nothing but problems w/ice maker.It has been replaced twice and then developed very loud irratating cooling fan noise on ice maker. samsung just washed their hands of the problems even though the fan never made noise till last ice maker was installed. by the way samsung now tells us the have no repair people to handle this area of minnesota

After spending $2300.00 the ice maker should work and not freeze up every couple a weeks. Called service all they wanted to do is mail us a part which after 13 days still has not arrived.

Had this fridge 2 days. Everything feels solid and looks to have quality finishes. The amount of protection Samsung use on all the parts is amazing. It took some time to remove it all. A lot being clear and hard to see. No complaints so far but will post back in a few months with an update.

Please be aware of a problem that most Samsung products suffer from. Our three door refrigerator, that is only five years old, had one of its door handles break while trying to open it. The part, which holds the pin that holds the door handle, broke. The plastic part IS NOT REPLACEABLE. That means that if this part breaks, you have to buy another complete door. There is nothing wrong with the door other than this weak plastic part. The plastic part that failed probably costs a buck or two to make and maybe twelve dollars in a store, if it was sold, now costed us $300. It seems that during design and assembly, SAMSUNG has placed a PLASTIC part that is not repairable and the customer is responsible for their mistake. Custom services' response was that there was nothing they could do because my refrigerator was not under warranty. Since my fridge is five years old, a warranty wouldn't have helped anyway. Your concern should be that SAMSUNG's products have these parts in them. If your spending your hard earned money on SAMSUNG products, your depending on the SAMSUNG name and reputation to help its customers out when one of their products has failed. This is a design flaw by SAMSUNG. SAMSUNG should take responsibility for their mistakes.
