    Where to start. Ice maker froze over and locked up. Cable for control panel frayed and could not adjust controls, water pitcher leaked, water pitcher fill switch had issues and pitcher would not fill,produce drawer wheel broke, freezer drawer keeps coming off track,. The power started cutting out when we would open the middle drawer. Replacing it with a more reliable brand. Very disappointing. Will not get Samsung again.

    Underwhelmed with quality

    I have had this for almost 2 years, the drawers have not worked well in the freezer from the beginning. The automatic fill for the pitcher is flaky and works then doesn't work, then does. The door is hard to clean, attracts smudges, I have used the cleaner recommended and tried others, just hard to keep looking decent. The shelf on the left side door at the bottom is designed so that it hangs down and keeps wanting to fall off, it is only useful for light items. The other plastic inside is low quality, the flap door broke early, I just leave it off. Between this and the stove, I got from Samsung I would not purchase appliances from this company again. Just a low-quality attempt to compete.

    Worst product ever made. Samsung should stay with tv’s and phones. Ice maker stopped working, even though I purchased extended warranty it wasn’t covered. No outside repair person will touch it because they can’t guarantee fix will last a week. Best Buy has been NO help. Now water pitcher auto fill stopped working. Stay tuned

    Samsung says they designed this to basically fail

    In the event of power fluctuation, Samsung says they designed ALL of their refrigerators to "reboot." However, they don't tell you "reboot" doesn't always mean the unit comes back online. Twice, the freezer unit on this model did not restart at all, and all contents were lost. The technician Samsung sent out said all Samsung units were designed this way. the representative to the President of Samsung US verified this is supposed to happen. I am waiting for a refund. Very sad, as I love this refrigerator when it isn't spoiling my food.

    This was bought in 2018 now it’s 2022 and still the same issue with ice maker! It’s looks beautiful on the outside but whoa what troubles on the inside, plastic parts breaking and cannot replace considered cosmetic freezer drawer gets stuck and the ice bucket so many times cannot place back in come on - why do I have this issue not even 4-years old things are not like they use to be! Beware !!!

    This was a propane refrigerator, terrible.

    This was an aesthetically pleasing fridge, but went out a little over the warranty period (2019). No repairman in the Houston/greater Houston area could work on it at the time due to it being a propane system, which, according to all of them, hadn’t rolled out in America yet. Terrible purchase at the time, might be serviceable now, but is was expensive for it ending up being a paperweight after 26 months.

    It dents easily and the pitcher leaks

    We got this on a replacement from Samsung. We loved the idea of not having handles. This is our third Samsung so we didn't think to be concerned about the gauge of the metal. it is very lightweight material and we had our first dent within several months. In a year, it has several dents and for some reason Samsung can't make a pitcher that doesn't drip out the side. We had a service call and they replaced it and the ice maker because it froze up. The ice maker has lasted, but the pitcher started leaking within two months.

    The fridge is beautiful but the ice maker breaks then the freezer stops working and Samsung has no one to repair it. It's been exactly 5 weeks since I started the repair process and I've been patient because I have an extra fridge in the garage but what kind of a company doesn't have repair people!! Also, there's a class action suit because of these issues so why haven't they changed it!!

    Terrible. We have had to have the ice maker repaired at a minimum of 5 times wince we have owned. We are told now that there is nothing that can be done so we have a 3,000 dollar refrigerator with no ice maker. Beyond frustrating that Samsung knew this was an issue and has done nothing to help us resolve the issue.

    cleaning the shelf!!!!

    The fridge outside design looks nice. But when you want to clean the bottom glass shelf I literally had to google how to remove the glass and shelf. Its very frustrating and not user friendly. Also I feel not as much storage as the older type fridges, like storing gallon milk or large bottles do not fit on the shelves and it is not so efficient on the doors shelves either. Overall works well until you spill something and need to clean it.

    This is a terrible product. Samsung has lots of complaints about their compressor. Our failed in less than 4 years and despite its warranty, we've been fighting for Samsung for them to honor it and they have not done it. It has been a nightmare of an appliance.

    Great, until it stopped working. Playing roulette!

    First off the looks and features of this model were perfect, exactly what i was looking for. I purchased it 18 months back and starting about 2.5 months back we found the freezer had a cooling issue. (look at one-star reviews- several (over 40) people experienced this) It would thaw and freeze inconsistently. Having purchased geek squad protection i called and they sent someone out. First company didn't touch it because the cooling gas was not Freon and therefore were not qualified. They then sent out a second technician that said he couldn't find anything wrong. Fast forward 2.5 months and now I have had 6 appointments (some when they dispatched the same company that doesn't work on it only to have him turn around and leave) and still do not have a working refrigerator. Geek squad up to this point has been useless, telling me "all they can do is schedule a tech" when calling in for the 5th time with he same issue. Each time we schedule someone to come out it almost always takes 1-2 weeks. They have replaced the ice maker and all boards but issue still exists. I would like to switch refrigerators with the geek squad agents that continue to tell me "all they can do is schedule an appt." so they can live without a freezer for 2.5 months. With over 993 reviews for this refrigerator you may get a good one or you may get a bad one. You are playing roulette. However if you do buy it I hope you get a good one. Or else you will waste months working with Geek Squad.

    This fridge has been a nightmare. Ice make freezes up continually, repair, after repair, after repair......no support and cost to fix has been almost the cost of the fridge new. Now worth buying.Samsung know of this wide spread problem, but they do NOTHING for it. RUN from any Samsung Fridge.

    bought this three years ago and already not working right. It shuts down randomly. works for several hours, cools, then off for a day or so. Have had this problem for a month and lost so much food. The Samsung repair staff have been here twice with no luck having it fixed and the problem still exist. I am not putting more food in it but each time this happens the water from melting ice drips on the floor.

    When we purchase this refrigerator, I checked the review the review and it was very good . We purchase the whole appliances set (Stove/Oven, Dishwasher, Micro Wave Oven and the Frig. Everything work great except the REFRIGERATOR after 2 yrs the the Ice maker went bad and now both Ice and the center draw is not working. Don't buy it!

    Not reliable after 3 years

    Worked fine for 2-3 years and then stopped cooling properly in both departments. It took 3-4 weeks and over $1K in food spoilage/inoperable use costs before the issue was fixed after 4-5 Samsung Tech visits. About 2 months later the issue is back and Samsung is giving me the run around again.
