    The ice maker is worthless needs to be defrosted every other week. For the priced expected much better. And good luck getting someone out in a timely fashion to fix it

    Lots of space in a small package. Bright lighting when opening the ridge section! The third draw that can be configured is a nice bonus! Love the the top draw in the freezer (although can get off track, which isn’t a big deal) and the deep double freezer areas. Infusion water pitcher in the fridge auto-refills always insuring you have fresh filtered cold water to serve. Crushed is isn’t as great as my old fridge but not a deal breaker.

    OMG. It's the Dream fridge that is in actuality a NIGHTMARE!!! DO NOT BUY THIS FRIDGE. Please save your money and buy something with glowing reviews...oh but where to find that unicorn? The only redemption I have at the moment is my GeekSquad service plan. This refrigerator will break more than once in your first 2-1/2 years of ownership.

    I have owned this refrigerator for roughly six months now. The ice maker barely works. It makes about ten ice cubes a day and water leaks out the exterior of the door. Every now and then it makes and ice jam in the ice maker itself. The first call to Samsung they asked me to turn down the temperature and remove the filter. So much for the energy saver mode and the filtered water. Even the removable water pitcher leaks around the lid. Now I have a tech coming to look at the unit. We like the flex door, size, and color but if you want ice don't buy a Samsung.

    bought this two years ago. has been serviced 5 times for 3 different issues. ice maker freezing up - upgraded parts 3 times, still doesn't work. auto fill pitcher doesn't work consistently anymore. cools sporadically. worst product i have ever owned. i have wasted $2500 and have been told, good luck getting a replacement

    Frig is great. Ice maker is work of the devil.

    I love the frig, except the icemaker seems to have an issue keeping ice cold enough. The result is "crushed ice" instead of hole cubes, and some water leakage from the chute, and sometimes into the frig itself. I'm on my second service call with Samsung, which has stalled things long enough so I can't return to BB. If they can't resolve the issue, I may disable the icemaker and buy trays. Sign.

    Do not buy this refrigerator. Don't buy a Samsung refrigerator. I have replaced the ice maker before 2 years of owning it...now the display has an issue. Best Buy and Samsung is saying the manufactures warranty is only a year. Bestbuy total tech is trash when it comes to things such as this. I'll never again.

    I've had 5 different refrigerators in the past 20 years due to moving and I love every Samsung refrig I've had so far. I know they are mostly known for TV's but they really have surpassed the others in quality. I've owned LG and Kitchenaid and Samsung is by far the best! I love the look and quality!

    Avoid this refrigerator. The ice maker will break over and over again. It is not engineered correctly so the ice melts, then refreezes into giant chunks that jam the whole system. Sometimes I have trouble removing the ice maker to clear the problem. Other issue is that since it does not stay cold enough, mold and mildew continuously grow around the shoot where your ice travels to get to your cup. Also, I have friends with similar issue. Bottom line, I would support Samsung if they would admit its not an isolated issue and fix the problem with a recall. They know it’s a problem and choose to do nothing. Do not buy this refrigerator or support their company.

    Have had this fridge less than one year and returning. The ice maker is terrible and cheap! We have had it fixed twice by best buy already and it was actually worse than before they so called "fixed" it. Ice machine freezes over gets stuck and I have to beat the ice out with a knife so it will make more. The stainless steel scratches SO easily and the freezer drawers feel super cheap. For the money we paid for this fridge I would not recommend samsung appliances to anyone. The only thing I can say in samsung customer service is spectacular however this refrigerator is a piece of junk and I can't wait to get rid of it.

    Pitcher warps

    Pitcher is made of cheap plastic. Will warp in dishwasher. No warning on the pitcher itself. Samsung wants $97+$14 shipping for a replacement! I find this offensive. I expected more from Samsung. Disappointed.

    Samsung has Problem

    Besure to research "Samsung Fridge Evaporator Freezing up" It does it on all their fridges after about 2-3 years. Can't be fixed. They will lie and say they fixed it on the newer models. NO THEY DID NOT. They basically tell you to go F..K yourself.
