This refrigerator fits our busy life with kids perfectly. The Flexzone drawer help our young children get to their snacks easily and without opening the main area of the refrigerator.

Love our new refrigerator! That flex zone drawer where you can adjust temperatures is so useful! It does say fingerprint resistant but the stainless steel prt where you put your glass for water seems that it is not. But not a big deal!

6 month review -- Bought it for $1800-ish during President day sale with samsung deal if you packaged a washer and dryer. Pretty standard. Feedback is icemaker isnt that great, and water isnt really cold out of the dispenser after your first cup. If you open the right side of the fridge water doesnt continue to dispense. Had the best buy folks hook it up and havent had any issues so that was great. Filters are $50 every few months.

Love it! Even though I cannot buy groceries the way I am used to, this size is a way of downsizing as the kids leave the house.

Purchased Samsung refrigerator for new home and wanted counter depth unit with ice maker. We have had the refrigerator in operation for almost 3 weeks and have no complaints, it cools, makes enough ice and holds more than enough for 2 adults. Up to this point we are very satisfied with this product.

I bought this for a house I was remodeling to sell. This is a very nice refrigerator. I had comments from friends on how nice it was before I sold the house. I like the flexzone drawer idea. I never got to use it though.

I hope I don't jinx it but I love this fridge. It looks awesome and runs quietly. The only negative is I haven't quite figured out the best arrangement of shelves at the top to maximize size.

This is the original refrigerator I chose but when it was being delivered, the installers realized that it was too large for my space, even though I had a designer measure everything. I liked the water and the two drawers, but the drawers would not open in the space because of the window ledge.

Wonderful fridge. Fit lots of things and love how one can regulate a range of temperatures. Can also let me know if doors were left open over the phone. Does what is supposed, cool and freeze, to but what I liked the most is the compartments.

Love, love love this refrigerator , the flex zone is a great addition to the design of this French Door refrigerator gives me more room for beverages and / or snacks and leaves the upper door for important stuff I need to prepare meals !! Just a great design all the way around ! We have Total Tech /Geek Squad and that is a total blessing and the Greatest Thing ever because the installation was the BEST experience ever can't say enough about our experience with Best Buy Joplin , Mo. they have helped us out with so many home improvements to our home and Tech support for computers. Can't go wrong with BEST BUT ! Love It !!!

I love that it's not bulging out in my kitchen! However you do lose some space inside the fridge tho. Think I can live with it tho...

I love the design of this refrigerator. The flexible shelves are easy to use and the LED lighting is excellent. The pullout drawer is handy, well lit and roomy. The freezer is large and also brightly lit. So far it is a great product.

With two kids our old fridge was fully stocked with their snacks. We now use the lower drawer for Their stuff which they can reach and the dual upper compartment can now me organized to hold what is left.

We mostly love this Samsung frig. The pros: bonus drawer is perfect for veggies, as you can keep the temperature colder or warmer than the main frig. The freezer has a few sections which are also handy. The handles are streamlined and feel sturdy. The material doesn't get a lot of fingerprints (but still gets some). It's also counter depth, which is great. We also like that it's magnetic, as some stainless ones are not. Cons: There is limited space for tall items, I have to lay down tall water bottles etc. You can adjust one half of the right shelf (half of it slides underneath itself), but the other shelves don't seem removable or adjustable. Another issue is the ice always has frost on it, no matter how frequently the tray emptied and remade. We actually don't use ice much so we don't care enough to return it. The first few times we'd just empty it completely and wait for fresh ice just to have one glass with non frosted ice, but that didn't even work. Another complaint would be that the doors don't shut with a tight seal, as the doors barely close. You can open the frig with a very gentle tug. The water has a great flavor (or lack of flavor), but the stream shoots out sideways - so in my eyes that would be there is a lack of quality control. When the install team set it up and showed me the water stream it also shot sideways, but he said not to worry, which made me think he'd seen it before. Again, poor quality control. It's only about a 20 degree angle so it doesn't miss the glass or anything.

Quiet, sleek energy efficient with flexible space to store a variety of food items. Well lite inside and the perfect size it turns out.

I love the drink door, color, ease of use but especially the drink drawer. No more opening doors for water

The refrigerator functions great and works excellent in our new kitchen. Only 1 month in, and so far so good. Purchase and install process went smoothly. Only issue with the install is that I wanted to use my "existing" water line but the installers would not connect the fridge to my "existing" waterline and I had to do that. No big deal for me but heads up for the hands off folks out there to purchase a new water line with the fridge if you want the installers to connect it.

Love this fridge.. I organized all of my food with all the compartments it has... A must purchase and the delivery team was amazing at installing the water and ice dispenser..
