I love my new Samsung refrigerator! Great color, fingerprint resistant and it looks awesome in my kitchen.

Overall the fridge is fine, it keeps a good / consistent temp, is easy to use, clean. The major annoyance is the very loud ice make, which CLUNK ice into the bin all during the day and night. Also the ice dispenser is slow and hard to use, sometimes just grinding rather than dispensing ice.

Counter depth fridge fits great, looks great and has more than enough room for a family of 4.

Excellent replacement for my LG! The middle drawer is a game changer and the app connectivity and notifications really allow you to protect your food investment. After two failures of my LG while on vacay and losing $1000’s in Waygu twice, this was a mandatory upgrade !

Nice looking refrigerator. The freezer at the bottom provides more room to fit larger items in your fridge (eg thanksgiving turkey). My only complaint about this fridge is the ice machine holds very little ice. If you have a family event, don’t expect much ice from this thing. Make sure you buy ice ahead of time.

I just received the refrigerator today so I cannot comment of long term use. However, I do like the size and sliders on the bottom that make it easier to move. The exterior is sleek and Interior has many shelves and love the handles . Looking forward to using it!

This is a great counter depth refrigerator with plenty of storage room. We like the FlexZone™ Drawer, which you can change the temperature of the drawer depending on the food you would like store there. The refrigerator is very quiet that you would not notice it exists. It worth the price. However, we only have it for about a week, we do not know how long it will keep our expectation.

While this fridge is slightly larger than my last one, it actually feels slightly smaller in part because the ice maker takes up so much space on the door and therefore the fridge. I'll get used to it, but it came as a surprise. Otherwise, I am perfectly happy with it.

Overall, great fridge. Love the flex drawer and the temperature control. It is definitely not fingerprint proof. Regardless, i love walking into my kitchen every morning to see it!

We needed a counterdepth refrigerator that didn’t hog kitchen floor space. This refrigerator gave us superior interior storage without a bulging footprint. Well lit! Plenty of ice production for our needs. Flexable mid drawer is convenient.

Great space and well divided. Seems bigger than our previous unit even though listed as the same size. Delivery team was excellent. This is the first time I purchased a refrigerator strictly online (sight unseen) but the description and pictures on the Best Buy site were enough. It was delivered in 2 days whereas other stores had at least a 2 week wait!

We love this refrigerator. Very quiet. Good ice maker. Definitely get the model with handles. The flex zone drawer is our favorite feature. Get the protection plan because refrigerators can easily have major problems as we found out with our last Samsung. Best Buy did right by us with a no hassle exchange.

Great refrigerator but when it was delivered, it was missing the basket tray on the inside, and I still haven’t received one in the mail or anything

Really impressed early. LOVE the multiple zones. Plenty of space and like that it's counter depth. Ice maker is LOUD when ice is pushed into the bin. Overall quality seems great as well. Very happy with the purchase.

Love this fridge! Works well for me, and not noisey. The amount of space works for me and I like that the shelves can be raised or slide back to make space for taller items. I also love the second drawer to use for different things and the ability to change the temperature. I was also able to price match it for $800 less.
