I've only owned this refrigerator for a month now, but it has certainly lived up to my expectations. Plenty of room for a household of two and the FlexZone drawer has been great to hold beverages or quick snacks. No complaints as of yet. Hope I don't find one.

The ice maker is really noisy (it made me consider returning it!) switching from water to ice using the dispenser isn't smooth (you have to touch it twice) and there's no light in the dispenser. The upper tray in the freezer doesn't slide all the way back so you'll have to bend down and look under it to see what's in the freezer bins. Glad I didn't pay full price!

We’ve had this for over 3 years and it still works/looks beautiful! We love the color but be wear it does scratch and those turn silver on the black option.

This is a wonderful refrigerator for my needs. It fit perfectly in the space I have available. I love the flex zone drawer for soft drinks, butter and cheese. The counter depth is a big plus for the space. It is also a very attractive style and fingerprint resistance is a welcome feature.

Been a Samsung user for years. Move last July purchased Samsung fridge (2015 model report was bad and having issues ice maker and fridge not cooling properly) replaced fridge with new Samsung and washer and dryer too.

Good refrigerator/freezer. Love the FlexZone drawer. The ice and water in the door works a little slowly but otherwise it’s a good fit for our neeeeds.

I had high hopes for this thing, but it's turning out to be just O.K. Problems: ice maker is crazy and spits ice out in all directions. water dispenser is not cold. door shelves are not well though out so several hold nothing more than cans of V8. Fridge is noisy and always seems to be "going".

The fridge is great and I love the versatility of the middle drawer, however, I feel like overall the fridge isn't as "deep" as others, so trying to maneuver everything in to fit becomes a challenge at times. The space on the doors is almost useless unfortunately. Other than the "milk jug" shelf, the rest are either too narrow to hold items like condiments (dressings, ketchup, sauces) or the clearance is too short, so those items end up taking up valuable regular fridge space =( As for the water/ice and overall cooling/freezing features, those are all GREAT! just wish there was more space is all

Great simple fridge. Good space for me and my husband. I would not recommend it for a family with kids. There is not going to be enough room. We have no issues with it. The water and ice dispenser works and responds well. The pull out drawer has adjustable dividers to accommodate your needs.

From the black stainless steel to the flex drawer, I think this refrigerator is amazing. It has plenty of room in the doors and in the main upper area. Plus having the drawer makes it easier to keep organized. The freezer on the bottom is large and has a drawer in it as well to alleviate some of the bending.

Very spacious however when you used the crushed ice it will leak from the ice dispenser

A very good unit. Plenty of space and storage that you can find everything due to excellent lighting. Keeps the freezer cold and the rest at at proper temperature. The crisper section make working daily supplies both handy and easy to get.

Good solid Fridge. No issues. Performs like it should. This counter depth is great for up to 3 people but it’s a trade off for a great kitchen fit. It works great.

Spacious in a compact design. We love the FlexZone drawer! I put snacks in there and it’s all visible so the refrigerator door doesn’t stay open while we find the snack we want.

Love almost everything about this fridge! It's got great storage options and allows us to neatly have a place for everything. We use the middle door to store our drinks and keeps the rest of the fridge from being too cluttered. The only thing I don't love is the ice/water dispenser. Switching between ice and water (at least on our fridge) is a bit of a hit or miss or you have to repeatedly click the button a few times for it to switch. Also, the ice is on the smaller side so by the time you fill your cup with water, a good portion has already melted.

This is a great product. I can’t believe how quiet it is. I love the middle drawer. It’s so handy for beverages. No more “moving stuff around” to get at them.

Love this fridge. It looks sharp and works very well. The extra drawer in the middle is working out well for us, and even though we're losing out on some main fridge space because of it, it has become a convenient place to keep things that the kids are after. The freezer seems small overall, due to all the drawers and bins, but we have been able to get everything in there so far. I like the smart features. While it ties into SmartThings, you do not need a SmartThings hub to use it. It works with or without a hub, and with just the app, I can see the status of the fridge, get filter change updates, change temperature settings, and get alerts when a door has been left open. Initial connection via WiFi was tricky, as the manual gave instructions for a fridge with a screen, so I had to Google my way to getting this connected, which was time consuming and a bit annoying.

Refrigerator works good. However I the freezer section does not open fully restricting the full capacity of freezer section. The flexi section is good and can be converted to refrigerator or freezer based on your needs.

This is my second Samsung refrigerator, got this one as our new house needed a counter depth model. Absolutely love it, here are some points: - Prior one was stainless but this one has a slightly darker, "carbon-y" stainless color - absolutely beautfiul - Wasn't sure I would like the extra drawer but I do. One complaint on it is it does not pull out all the way and depending on what you put in the back dividers, it may be hard to reach them. - Surprising space for a counter-depth frig - this is something that worried me but we are honestly used to it and not an impact - Extremely quiet - it basically makes no sound - I read reviews on varied temp performance but I have seen none of that. - It does the small things well. With my old Samsung, if you used the door water dispenser, the water came out full speed from the start, this one slows it a bit to prevent splashes.
