Love the refrigerator, only one thing I don’t like water is coming warm not cold!!

Love this fridge. It looks sharp and works very well. The extra drawer in the middle is working out well for us, and even though we're losing out on some main fridge space because of it, it has become a convenient place to keep things that the kids are after. The freezer seems small overall, due to all the drawers and bins, but we have been able to get everything in there so far. I like the smart features. While it ties into SmartThings, you do not need a SmartThings hub to use it. It works with or without a hub, and with just the app, I can see the status of the fridge, get filter change updates, change temperature settings, and get alerts when a door has been left open. Initial connection via WiFi was tricky, as the manual gave instructions for a fridge with a screen, so I had to Google my way to getting this connected, which was time consuming and a bit annoying.

No complaints fridge held up real well recommend..

I like the refrigerator but the ice maker dispensing ice very slowly.

Really sharp fridge. We love the size of it and the ice maker. Overall this fridge fits our needs and are extremely happy with it.

This fridge was purchased open box after an issue with our previous Frigidaire unit died and left us in a bind. Had no idea you couldn't just go to the store and leave with a new fridge. Oh well. This one was open box with many others, and was the most feature rich model available to walk out with, so we took it. It's been fantastic since day one. Owned 2 months so far. Would definitely recommend. All the settings you get and the Smart Things App only add to the value.

This is my second Samsung refrigerator, got this one as our new house needed a counter depth model. Absolutely love it, here are some points: - Prior one was stainless but this one has a slightly darker, "carbon-y" stainless color - absolutely beautfiul - Wasn't sure I would like the extra drawer but I do. One complaint on it is it does not pull out all the way and depending on what you put in the back dividers, it may be hard to reach them. - Surprising space for a counter-depth frig - this is something that worried me but we are honestly used to it and not an impact - Extremely quiet - it basically makes no sound - I read reviews on varied temp performance but I have seen none of that. - It does the small things well. With my old Samsung, if you used the door water dispenser, the water came out full speed from the start, this one slows it a bit to prevent splashes.

This is my first counter depth fridge and i love it. Works great. Perfect for a family.

Fridge has a lot of room and looks great. Still haven't figured out how the wifi works, and not sure why there's wifi in a refrigerator... but still like the fridge overall!

We went from Kenmore Elite 28 CF that is made by LG, that had 9 parts break & replaced in 2 1/2 yrs ,to Samsung counter depth 22CF. Still has plenty room for 2 people. This refrig gets cold in a hurry! Was amazed. Freezer below 0 in 2 hours! Middle drawer is good has 4 sections,it was smaller than what we had but ok room for plenty drink cans. The upper is 30 degrees,amazed at how much room still have with smaller space. The fridge stays same temp even if door has been opened to take food items out. We spent 5 1/2 yrs with Kenmore Elite it struggled to keep upper below 40 degrees. I had to keep 6 temp gauges. Samsung is outstanding ,so far . The freezer section is big enough, the drawer of the freezer automatically pulls out half way when you open bottom drawer ,which takes getting used to but may be a good thing so u see everything,nothing gets hidden. The ice maker that i see so many comments on is ok so far. I think i see potential issue, it has a plastic auger,it if you use the ice maker for a few days the ice can tend to stick together a little. U tube showed if dont use ice maker regularly to pull out ice drawer which is easy & throw out ice. This is not a problem,use it or lose it. The black stainless steel is stunning! Matches our stove. We have a smaller kitchen so going back to counter depth made a dramatic difference in a good way. We found having a bigger refrig tends to make you just put too much in frig ,end up throwing things out because old. This smaller refig has made us very efficient,but still have a lot of room. Overall very happy. 22CF gives all we need and fits the kitchen instead of a larger 28CF overwhelming the room. As long as stays cold we will be happy. But we will never own another refrigerator with a warranty. The Kenmore Elite was a nightmare, the warranty saved us. Recommend this refrig.

WE just replaced our Whirlpool stainless steel side by side with this Samsung and we can't believe home much nicer it is. Much more room inside and more organized. The stainless steel is super easy to clean up.

You can’t adjust the shelves that easy. Liquid can be hard to clean up once it gets under the plastic border. Ice maker does not work all that well.

It’s ok. I wish it could dispense water when the doors are open. Also ice is slow to dispense. But good amount of space for relatively small footprint.

This is our second samsung fridge after we moved into our second home. Excellent design with the flexzone to keep veggies fresher longer. Also appreciate the beeping when the door is not completely closed. Would recommend and purchase again!

We bought this refrigerator after our old one died. We picked it because of price and the options it had. We have had it for a couple of monthes and so far, so good.

This refrigerator is spacious and has lots of room. Easy to get large items in snd out with the double doors. Great lighting. Wonderful with the no print finish.

We have only had the 4-door French Door counter depth refrigerator with the FlexZone drawer for 2 weeks now. The lighting is very nice and bright enough to see what's in the fridge. The only negative so far is the banging that we hear when ice is being made. It sounds like it's dropping a hailstone into a gutter and the cubes themselves appear somewhat irregular. Overall, it freezes food well and is relatively quiet. Outside of the ice maker noise, it's a great value.

Lots of room in freezer and fridge. Ice maker output is small. Buy ice if you need more than 6 or 8 glasses...

So far it's perfect. I do understand that Samsungs have issues with the ice maker freezing up so ill be on top of that but the flex drawer is awesome for snack for the little ones.

I love this refrigerator. It runs quietly, and everyone loves the black stainless steel finish.
