Excellent fridge. Only complaint is ice maker is very slow to produce crushed ice.

I was really worried if this fridge would fit in a way that allowed the French doors to open, but I am relieved that this counter depth fridge was just the right size. Working great so far, and I am happy to have water and ice on demand. The ice maker is a little small and may not produce enough ice for households with more than two people. Can control a few settings from phone, which is nice, but will probably set and forget. For reference, my fridge space is about 71" h x 37.5" w x 27.5" d at the left wall, 25" d at the counter.

This refrigerator is small inside! The door on the left, with the ice maker, super limited due to the ice maker taking up so much space. Which also means the ice maker takes up a bunch of space on the top left. The drawers for both the crispers and freezer don't roll with ease. I actually never knew I could dislike a refrigerator until I got this one.

We are very pleased with all of the features of this smaller but feature-packed new refrigerator! The ice maker is a bit small, but adequate for two people. Love the super handy, adjustable middle drawer! Wipes off beautifully with a damp microfiber cloth, no chemicals needed ever! Highly recommended for one or two person households!

I am so happy with my new refrigerator!!! At first, water was dripping from the dispenser for about the first day, and it had me worried, but it stopped. I’m not sure why that happened, but it’s great now. Plenty of space for everything I need. The flex drawer and the freezer drawer are super convenient! I’ve had it one month now, and there’s not one single fingerprint! Love it!

Purch 12/2015 with extended warranty thru 12/2020. $3K with extend warranty. Ice maker and all components replaced still having ice maker frozen block of ice in the back and melting ice front building up water in dispenser so every time we use it water spill all over the floor. We have to keep a dish towel in the dispense window to prevent water damage to floor. Ext warranty claim history. 7/18/2017 ice maker frozen solid, 3/23/2018 leaking ice maker, 10/27/2018 leaking ice maker 7/22/2019 not making ice, 4/9/2020 leaking ice maker, 6/23/2020 filed claim for buzzing noise in ice maker compartment it was so loud my neighbor head a buzzing sound from my kitchen he was approx 20 feet away in his kitchen. CLAIM DENIED "Noise not covered" - Used youtube to discover the problem replace the fan on my own. Probably broke because of ice build up at the back of the ice maker compartment. *see pic Perhaps the repairs wasn't done properly? However, different companies addressed the ice maker then working maybe 6-9 months before it breaks again very frustrating. I see many had same issues with ice maker and class action lawsuits. Now that I'm out of extended warranty what recourse do I have? Participate in the class action? Hope Samsung fixes this......

Went shopping for a new set of stainless steel appliances, checked them out instore at a warehouse competitor. After comparing at all the big brands (LG, Whirlpool, etc), Samsung's fridge just had all the right features to check off our list. Besides being very energy efficient and just a great looking fridge, we liked: - FlexZone drawer is a great option for frequently used items and don't have to open the main space and let out all the cool air - adjustable shelving options inside the main cooling area makes it easy to change up your storage configuration for your current needs - Samsung's family of appliances for a matching look across the kitchen It's not a perfect product and I would give it 4.5 stars instead of 5 if that was an option for the following: - ice maker function is loud, even when not in use. You will randomly get loud noises from the fridge in the middle of the night when ice is being released inside the unit - ice maker inside the main area takes up alot of space, rendering shelves on that door kinda useless Overall, very happy with the fridge after 6 weeks of use. Great deal by Best Buy, was better than the competition. I would buy this fridge again if given the choice.

The good: keeps food cold. Middle drawer is awesome. Side shelves are sturdy and spacious. Really demolishes the crushed ice (although does take some time to get it out). The bad: some ice will stay in compartment each time you operate it and melt into water and come out next time your turn it on. Shelving height distances are not really that flexible. The ugly: nothing it looks great and is a decent value at a sale price point.

Love the refrigerator and the flexZone drawer. The only drawback is the ice maker does not produce enough ice and is very frustrating, as have lived with a problem ice maker for year and a 1/2. For the money, there isn't enough ice made daily for our family of 3 and we live in the desert.

LOVE this fridge! We are so pleased with the room in this fridge, and my family loves the ice and water dispenser. I would absolutely buy this again. The only minor downside is the ice maker. It produces ice and dispenses it, but it struggles to make a lot of ice. Not a huge deal-breaker for our family.

We purchased item this summer.We have enjoyed the space saved with the counter depth size. Its great for couples who are empty nesters an do not have the need to refrigerate alot of groceries. The only thing I wish was different ir the water catch area that sits right under the water an Ice dispenser. I would prefer a tray that catches the drips. An not cause excess to run down the front of the fridge very frustrating. Ither than that I love my new refrigerator an do recommend to others!

This is a really cool looking and functional unit. I get tons of compliments on it. The flexzone drawer is amazing with lots of uses. The only thing I don't like is the Ice maker is basically useless. Doesn't make enough Ice for anything, because there is no space to store it. If you have another source of ice, or don't need much ice, this is a great fridge for you.

We have had the fridge for about 1 week and I love it! the color is amazing and it actually holds a lot of stuff. The only thing that I think needs improvement is the ice maker. It really doesn't make ice very fast and holds very little. I understand they probably made it smaller so the consumer would have more space in the fridge (which is appreciated) but then they should of made it able to produce ice faster. Other than that, it's great!

This frig looks great and the middle drawer is perfect for soft drinks or other similar-sized items. The ice maker is not as efficient as others I’ve had in that it struggles to produce cubed and crushed ice.

Great refrigerator! The color is perfect! Love the middle drawer! So nice it can be used for part of the frig, the freezer or a wine/beverage chiller. The ice maker is the only disappointment so far. Having someone look at it due to low production of ice. Otherwise, very happy.

Loving this refrigerator. I first thought the middle draw was a bit of a gimmick. To the contrary it’s a great addition. This unit has a lot of useful space. I hope the ice maker holds up. Looks like most all the issues come from a few years back.

I like the size of the fridge and the extra drawer. I wish the upper tray of the freezer didnt automatically roll out when you open the freezer drawer. Also, the ice dispenser is slow to dispense ice and the crushed ice feature is messy when dispensing it.

This best feature is the flex zone drawer. The storage capacity is decent. We chose this one for the simplicity of the water/ice display. I like that the settings are hidden on the inside of the door. My main complaint is the ice maker. We NEVER use crushed ice function yet we still get tiny chunks of ice thrown all over floor when getting cubed ice. It is very frustrating and is a bad mechanical design. The ice dispenser crushes it no matter what the setting is on. My next complaint is the small internal freezer drawer. It never glides smoothly and gets off track every time we move it back and forth. It is nearly impossible to get it back on to the tracks.

Considering the price we paid, I guess I'm satisfied with this product. The freezer shelf is made of cheap plastic and gets stuck most of the time when we open it. We have to manhandle it to get it to work. The ice maker is EXTREMELY slow and annoying. We do like the abundance of space and the layout. The extra customizable drawer is an awesome feature that we really love as well. Despite the two issues listed, it is an improvement for us (but our last fridge was 20 years old, so take that into consideration).

I have owned this refrigerator for a few years now and it was working great up until a few weeks ago. The ice maker has been in and out, talked to Samsung support, no help. It already didn't produce a lot of ice so I had to buy a countertop ice maker to accommodate the family. Thank goodness I did because now it is our only ice maker...almost 3k on a fridge and I can't even get some decent ice and after two years...NO ICE AT ALL. And of course the manufacturer warranty won't cover it. I'm going to sell this fridge the first chance I get. Even worse, my entire kitchen has Samsung appliances. What was I thinking?
