The men who came to install were polite, clean and knowledgeable regarding the installation of the particular refrigerator. They were also very careful when bringing the refrigerator through the narrow hallway and inserting it into the very close space provided in the kitchen. No bumps or bangs! Couldn't be happier with our new refrigerator, so far love everything about it! Very spacious inside. Ice and water dispenser work great. Love it. I had read some reviews that replacing the water filter is a problem because you have to shut off the water supply to the fridge to do it. We have a shutoff valve where the water supply comes out of the wall, so if you don't have a valve I'd suggest putting one in before installing the fridge and you'll be all set.

I am very happy with this refrigerator. This fits perfectly into my counter. With its Smart technology, we can connect it with our phone and gets notifications when door is not closed or temp is set incorrectly and we can adjust the temp settings. Simply love this fridge. Great for a small family

Our old refrigerator stopped working and we needed a replacement. We have a Samsung range and microwave so decided that Samsung would be a good fit. We are very pleased with the refrigerator so far. The delivery crew were pleasant and do a very nice job of getting everything set up.

Had the fridge about two weeks so far. Overall the fridge seems ok. My biggest concern so far is the inside layout is odd and doesn’t do a good job of fitting larger bottles. We found that we have to lay things like orange juice on their side because there is limited space for taller items.

Unfortunately I was not able to keep and install my purchase because it was to large for my space, but the delivery men and sales reps. were extremely helpful in determining that the item I ordered would not fit. My one suggestion would be to list the minimum width with the doors open since the doors themselves are 4" thick and are not on an inside hinge.

Good price and nice looks. Overall good value. I have another Samsung fridge and over 5 years it has needed a couple of repairs. The spring loaded filler between the two doors was not strong enough and occasionally didn’t close correctly. The temperature sensor that triggers the defrost cycle failed. A door shelf cracked. Only one was under warranty but all were easy to fix. I’m hoping they’ve worked out more of the kinks in this one. Time will tell.

Not a great fridge, but a really good one. The freezer storage is a little....well, it's a basket and if you're used to French door freezers the basket can be very disorganized by comparison. It's also not the most even temperature throughout...items closer to the left side are definitely cooler than the right side, for both the fridge and the freezer.
