However, for it's price point and that it resembles what it replaced, it works well, so far. I have given 5 stars for Stan in the sales departmentin the store and also for Sam, for the exceptional delivery and setup. Great service from both.

The only down side that I have noticed since it’s delivery 4 days ago, is that you have to take the door shelves out to adjust the other inside shelves. Also, the french doors do not fully extend open like other fridges that I have owned.

Perfect Counter-Depth

Don't waste your money on an extra drawer when it's housed internally and has 1 less cooling setting. Not worth it.

After one month of usage my family of 4 love it. The alarm that indicates if one of the doors was left open is an added bonus. The compressor is quite and freezer/refrigerator storage is more than sufficient for a family with 2 teenagers. Would recommend.

Delivery was a very good experience and service after the sale was a good experience, as there was a small dent in the frig once it was unboxed. BB took care of it quickly and in a fair manner.

Be sure to set up the alerts because we've noticed frequently that the left hand door doesn't always close all the way, and the mobile alert helps.

If you are thinking about upgrading your fridge, DO IT! The lighting itself is perfection..The ice and water dispenser is large enough to fill my 32oz tumblers. I am so happy I bought this fridge and financed it for 18 months.

It had a defect, which caused us to purchase a new refrigerator. Getting acquainted with my new Samsung. Still trying to get used to the french doors, bottom freezer, compared to our old side-by-side.

There is a lot of space inside on the shelves, on the right-hand door, and in the 3 drawers. The compartments on the left door are a little tight because of the ice/water dispenser. The freezer is spacious and easy to get to things.

I haven't encountered any of the freezer issues so I'm pleased with that. My only complaint is that service and settings are available only on the app with is inconvenient.

I waited before sending my review, and like most other buyers of Samsung refrigerators, my ice maker stopped working. Unlike the others, it didn’t leak, or ice up. It just doesn’t make ice anymore. It’s been almost two years so the warranty is up. This is not acceptable for appliances made today! Never again. Model# RF23R6201WW/AA

If the ice maker appears not to be making any or enough ice, low water pressure or a faulty water filter may be to blame. When the ice maker makes small, cloudy, or clumped ice, it could be something as simple as a dirty water filter, low water pressure, or high mineral deposits in your water

But it has everything I had hoped for in a new refrigerator. The ice maker is in the upper part of the fridge which makes more freezer space. Love the ice and water dispenser in the door.
