Refrigerator works like expected, keeps food cold. Didn’t care for water/ice dispenser at first, but no longer do I have drips down the front. Love the whole package now. By the way, delivered on time and installed perfectly. Also, so cool that the old fridge disappeared in the Best Buy truck.

Will be a year Jan '23, so far so good! Works very nicely, with no problems so far on anything. Installation was very professionally handled. I like it and I got a great price from Best Buy.

I didn’t think the WiFi enable fridge was something I needed. However when you get a message on your phone that the fridge is open you can save your groceries and the headache that goes with losing them. The water and ice machine work great.

Overall we like the new fridge and find that it is exactly as previous reviews stated on the website. Our issues are more with Best Buy delivery, our dishwasher was hit when removing our old fridge from the kitchen resulting in marks on a new dishwasher. They also scraped our front door when moving the appliance and took pictures yet no one ever followed up from Best Buy after the delivery. Disappointed.

Nice look, plenty of space, a couple of complaints would be ice shavings stay in the outlet of the ice dispenser and end up leaking onto the tray, the freezer door is stationary making it hard to put bulkier items in

The refrigeration seems fine but started making a vibrating noise the same night it was delivered. It sounds like something is loose perhaps? I found a friend that owns the same unit who reported no noise from hers. By the time she responded and I attempted to contact the store locally I discovered it to be closed and a 3+ hour wait on the customer service phone line. Please have someone respond to us. Thank you

I really like this fridge. I am disappointed to have a chip in the paint. Black stainless looks a thin black transparent film over stainless. I wish I'd paid more for Black.

Very nice refrigerator. I was concern because the top of the fridge is higher and deeper than the description. I was able to adjust the cabinate to make it fit. But now that it is installed it is working well, and a very nice refridgerator

Does everything that a refrigerator needs to do and it looks great. The inside features allow for customization of the levels of the shelving and the door timer is nice because I have accidentally left it open a couple of times.

I love the interior shelving of the fridge as well as the customization of the freezer. The door shelves offer the option to store both tall and small items. Lots of opportunity to customize the interior of both fridge and freezer to your personal preferences.

Loved this unit. Bought with a full suite of matching Samsung appliances. The sales person was a awesome Andrew Farabaugh, and we got a load of reward points we then used for a lot of other purchases. As you can see from the string of orders we only by from beat buy now.

I have only had this fridge for three days so far but I certainly love it so far. Best Buy delivery guys were great. received without a scratch or dent. This is my first Best Buy appliance purchase and at this point I am sure it will not be my last.

This fridge is AMAZING! Ice machine is a little small but works great! I love how I can connect this to the Smart Things app and the app will let me know lots of useful info about the fridge. It even notifies me when I accidentally leave the fridge door open!

Fits our counter space great! Only down side, keep in mind is that it is way small than a regular size fridge. It's a good thing we moved our other to the garage, we couldn't survive if this was the only fridge we had.

I like this refrigerator. I was a little concerned going for the smaller counter-depth size, but so far it fits everything (may have a little trouble at Thanksgiving & Christmas time).

Unfortunately it was delivered badly damaged BUT the delivery crew notified me ahead of time to let me know and allowed me to use as a loner until a new one is available. That’s great service! Love the refrigerator!

So far so good in every way. This fridge is perfect for us. Loving it. Customer service really great too. Special thanks to Angel ( Mt. Vernon location) a great help to us who knew his stuff.

No issues with the refrigerator at all - excellent. Set up was very easy, just follow the simple instructions. I saw that some folks reported issues with frosting in the freezer - but we didnt have that at all. Have had for 2 months now, no issues.

The only thing keeping this from being five stars is that the doors like to catch right before closing completely. Luckily the alarm lets us know the door has been left open.

I love this fridge. It’s great. It’s very quiet. There is plenty of room in the freezer. Having the option to slide the one shelf to put larger items in it is wonderful! I’m so happy with my purchase! It looks great in my new kitchen!
